This hotel is very smart service can this all staff is very supported and and all service is fast and all clear.thanks all staff and hotel management so very happy fell. All front officestaff jaya.samir so very supported.

Restaurant is good with food variety, but reception service is bad, no services given for airport related. Over all not recommended

Rooms were clean, but the pillow cover was not good, more wrinkles were there. Hot water was not coming during my stay in the hotel. Location was too far from the main city.

Helpful staff, nice stay. But this place is little overpriced. However, if you compare with other A grade cities, all hotels in Patna are highly overpriced.

Food taste is awesome. Small place but nice ambience. 4 star and not 5 star for poor management.

Staff was friendly, food was tasty. Although its a lot congested for arranging some function here. Small rooms, small hall, more than enough for 50-60 people. Arrangements were good. Services were nice.

This was my first and last booking, Randhir took the booking which was taken at a higher price than the website
Said I am giving you 28000 room for 11000
His room of 28000 will not be in the whole hotel. The staff there is deceitful Fooling you that you earn money
I paid the bill for 22000 and invoiced for 12000.fraud hotel

The best hotel in Patna Bihar. It's four star hotel in Patna Bihar India. Food was very nice and hygiene. Room was clean and net.
All management parts is very good specifically thanks for Sales Manager Mr. Vikas Anand is a great person in that hotel.
Overall is fine.

Nice ambience and taste of food. The staff is overall courteous provided you don't expect a five star courtesy. Easy to reach.

I.need to share my recent experience with this hotel or banquet hall, In one line if anyone ask me to explain i simply say its a complete waste of money.

First of all they will ask for full payment prior to everything, and once you paid the money, now everything will be on toss, since

1- The manager is so dumb and non co- operative in every manner, that he will not ready to help for anything asked in the middle of the function or during shaadi.

2- The owner of this THE RED VELVET parks his car SKODA RAPID in the middle of the gate in an ill-mannered without thinking of anything that may be barat will be disturbed due to his ill-mannered behaviour or childish behavior, further if anyone request them to park somewhere in mannered way then neither the owner nor the manager will response positively.

3- Halls are small
4 - limited foods
5 - Whole day they will announce their property as one of the best but full waste.

6 - I suffered in multiple manner so i m writing this.
7- no proper guidance to the guests as where to go or any one to help in finding the way to move upstairs.

8- not woth for money they asked.
9- limited staffs
10- Behavioural issue.
11- space crunch.
12- no proper speaker in hall for song playing.
13- they dnt switch on AC for their guest.
14- there should be a person to fight verbally to get the work done.
15 - totally fed up and disappointed.

Nice and clean rooms.helpful and friendly staff.wide variety of options in breakfast. Good value for money

It is best hotel at balley road in patna. Nice service, delicious food and awesome breakfast varieties.rooms are in very good condition.highly recommend to all for all.

See if you are going to arrange a wedding or reception. That's not the right choice. It's goods for some events and birthday party that's all. Very bad service due to low number of waiter

Best suitable for small gathering like birthday, ring ceremony, marriage anniversary etc.however it's not suitable for larger gathering like marriage. Staffs are good, room service is also well maintained.

Very horrible experience with this Hotel. Especially Mr Ashutosh (The most pathetic person I have ever seen).

I have booked the hotel for the engagement function a couple of days back.

This person was behaving very rudely with guests and he don't even know how to talk to people.

He was behaving like he owns the place and he keeps telling. His word was "Hum 5000 se jyada function karwa chuke hai".

Just because the engagement function was going on I stopped myself.

Very soon I am taking this issue with Mr Randhir Kumar Ranjan.

If you will not take proper action I will take the issue even further.

Books the room with deceit and then speaks something else after coming there. My first and last time was Red Velvet Hotel, Patna's worst hotel

Room design can be a little awkward. Because everything has been accommodated in the given space. Buffet breakfast was good except some items like muffin was not fresh

They don't even deserve a one star rating. Had booked 10 rooms for a function nearby. It was the worst experience ever.
1. Extreme rude behavior of all staffs from cleaners, sales team, CEO to F&B. The staffs are not trained properly to how to talk to the guests. Even the CEO, sales people have guts to abuse the guests.
2. Poor housekeeping: All bedsheets had stains of dust, plumbing items were loose in bathroom.
3. Their geysers don't work. You won't get hot water all day.
4. Lift too small and slow.
5. Full of mosquitoes.

Just never book a room on this hotel whatever people suggest. This is an honest opinion and collective feedback given by all of my guests who stayed at that hotel.

It was one of the most hospitable place I have been. Very sweet and amiable staff, especially Sanjeev Kumardas was one of the staff persons who made sure my stay was smooth and I get whatever I want that too before time.

Poor service. No hot water.torn towels provided. Super rude behaviour of staff. Mr. Vikas, F&B manager. Rooms are dirty and so are the corridors.

The service as excellent. They looked after me beyond my expectations. I shall recommend everyone to be in this Hotel. Cleaning is more than my satisfaction. Regarding food again no words to explain. This is an amazing place, brilliant service and the atmosphere. So I wanted a road side facing I asked at front desk made sure that my request should be taken care, they always do extra than the normal to make sure guest comfort, at the Restaurant made sure that every guest had the best experience while having meal at the restaurant. This was probably my regular visit and I cannot choice any other hotel just because of its staff and services. Rooms are quite luxury and comfortable and not very luxurious. Thank you

Rooms are spacious and the food quality is also great. Ambience of the hotel along with the hospitality and the staff is good.

Lift was too congested only sufficient for 2 person at a time, staff was supportive, room I fined little bit congested and ventilation was not good.

Hotel Red velvet hotel is situated near RPS More & it was really fantastic hotel. I Used hotel for family functions it was memorable, all arrangements are awesome and hotel is Four Star. But it deserves five star. I stay in night & next morning used Health Club where all amenities are awesome. Overall all are excellent.

The hotel is reasonable and the staff is humble in cooperative. They've also maintained the sanitizing customs. The rooms may be a little suffocating as I didn't take a the balcony room.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff member were curtious and interactive. The food here is really good. Special thanks to the receptionist Asha. I never had this best experience especially in bihar.
