Good rooms but room service is not upto standard no waiter ti carry our bags we have to carry ourown

Hi! I had a very worst experience with this hotel. Expensive and very old rooms. There is no proper reception service. Simply waste for the money. Please don't recommend this hotel.

The overall experience was so satisfying! The receptionist was very soft-spoken, and the environment was very refreshing. The music and drinks at the bar made the experience so memorable that I want to visit this place again just to relax.

Avoid cheap hotels; their washrooms are dirty, chairs are old and stinky, beds are filthy, and the location is prone to local gang fights. Opt for quality accommodations in South Delhi for a better location, especially when staying with family...

It was a really bad experience, as the room, bedsheets were dirty and stained, not at all hygienic. It was all filled with cockroaches. Also no facilities of warm water in evening in peak of cold weather in Delhi. Bad service over-all

Never ever seen this type of room and staff especially the person on the counter. Minus Star needed for this type of Person and room

We stayed here for 1 night for Rs. 1300 after talking with one of it's staff member who was very cooperative and friendly.

These people have the worst service and they are cheat. Increase the room tariff over the night no any manners no safety. And they misbehave with the customers. I don't prefer anyone to stay here they loot people here. Specially the manager...

In this hotel the room was good and clean the staff was really humble and there service is good

Ekdum bakwas location pe hai.cabs will abandon you in the area my uber abandoned me because of traffic jam. Ek chai tak nahi milti waha. Lift was not working, room was dirty and very small and bathroom was very dirty, charges me 700 more for 2 hours...

Booked on sept 2023, the hotel is located inside gully not accessible by cab or rickshaw, hotel is not clean, bed sheet clothes, blanket is rediculous which was not washed since many months and most problematic is bed bug, you can't sleep...

Never ever visit this property.not even 1% of the property matches with the photos mentioned

Ekdum bakwas, manager ko baat krne ki bhi tameej h, bathroom are not clean, food is very costly, even they sont have cattle for warm water, if u want then u have to told them to being hot water, its a room of 500,600rs.they are taking too much amount...
