I stayed here for a week for a business trip and really enjoyed it! Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast comes with a lot of varieties and hotel is very conveniantly located next to the big mall:)
The staff were amazing too, Meena made sure I had everything I needed in the room at the start of every day and we always had a nice interaction, and Sagar was very attentive during breakfast.
Terrible service. Front office has severe attitude problem. No Greetings from them. At time I feel it's a fake Hilton Hotel. Usually stay in Hilton globally but this one is simply awful.
Polite staff And special thanks to Vishal and Deepak.for amazing hospitallity . We went there for dinner and the hospitality given by the staff was amazing. And The Dahi kebab made by Chef Pradeep Singh was Outstanding. This dish made our day

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Emadul Hannan, and I am currently staying in room 720 at your esteemed hotel. I recently underwent a gallbladder operation at Max Hospital, and I am reaching out to seek your kind assistance in ensuring a comfortable stay until the 9th of July.
While I appreciate the hospitality provided by your staff, I would like to bring to your attention some challenges I am facing in my current room. The commode in room 720 is set at a lower height, which is causing difficulty for me to sit comfortably due to my recent stomach surgery. Additionally, the tissue holders are placed in close proximity to the commode, further exacerbating the issue.
I understand that certain rooms in the hotel, particularly on the third level near the gym area, have higher commodes that would greatly alleviate my discomfort. I have spoken to the front desk officer, Ms. Mynaski, regarding this matter, but unfortunately, she has not been able to provide the necessary assistance. However, I must acknowledge the positive and helpful attitude displayed by the gentleman who attended to me during the night shift.
As a valued guest, I kindly request your intervention in addressing my concerns. I believe that by relocating me to a room with a higher commode and better positioning of the tissue holders, I would be able to recover more comfortably and fully enjoy my stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were definitely worn and bathrooms had grime. Could see footprints on the floor, room did not seem like they were very clean. We also saw some staff not wearing masks around the hotel. Overall especially during covid times i would not stay here or recommend this place. We ended up switching hotels due to our concerns.
April 2021. Rooms are average. CENTRALISED AC IS UNABLE TO COPE UP DURING SUMMERS. Room temperatures are 24 to 25 deg C even after reminding repeatedly to hotel staff. Had to ask for extra table fan as AC is ineffective. Have shifted rooms between 5th, 6th and 7th floor.all are same. Have been staying here for past few days due to company requirements. For those looking for a comfortable stay, would suggest to look elsewhere.p. S. Those who says the food is good. It's at select city mall saket, and you have a plethora of restaurants in and around the mall where you can get a lot of options.
Nice hotel in the middle of Delhi. Courteous staff who are always ready to help. Amenities in gymnasium need an upgrade. My third stay here and I am not disappointed.
This is by far the worst Hilton hotel that I have came across in my life. The food was totally having no taste and the staff there were too not concerned about the customers and were rude and teasing us. And also the cost wise, it was very expensive and the food and service were not at all worth the money.
Highlight of our stay is the breakfast buffet where the Kitchen Stewarding Manager name Prem delightfully introduced us to a lot of Indian delicacies which we would have never tried on our own. Staff in this hotel is very nice and accommodating especially Prem! Thanks for the above and beyond hospitality
A well known hotel with chains all over the world. There were men south India staying in the floor where I was, shouting out insulting words that makes no sense to me and it really doesn't and I can't feel offended because they were telling me things that were more than personal towards me. Unehicalzmbies should be procecuted
Enjoyed my stay.as a diamond member staff was very courteous.not exactly extreme five star luxury but still a very decent hotel.five stars for service and breakfast waffles i gobbled down.
It is ok to stay. Pretty close to Select street mall, which has a huge collection of nice restaurants. The hotel has a big breakfast spread which starts at 630, but it is little slow at that time. Food is acceptable.
This hotel is located at DLF mall but Due to the renovation of th Mall stay is little bit upset as well as the rooms size is very very small. We do not get value for money. Actually for making payment of 13000 per day is not worth as the room is very very small.
We visited the Grill Room at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, and were happy with the service. The food, the ambience and the live band that was playing made the visit all the more enjoyable.
Nice hotel, standard Hilton service. But for in room service and for additional requests the experience was not that great. They need to keep an additional eye on details. The support staff is way better informed and courteous than the front desk.
Nice rooms, comfy bed, courteous staff, sufficient amenities and good food. Location is very good. Dlf mall and select citywalk mall is adjacent. Walk your way to it. Good experience overall. Will be coming back for sure.
The stay was comfortable. Hotel is suitably located next to a mall and near to Malviya Nagar Metro Station. India Grill claims to provide vegan dishes however the chefs are only unaware about the same and served us a dish with butter.
