Very bad disgusting service no one for changing bed sheet no one can help us for anyway water are not coming there in bathroom and toilet is also very poluted and the receptionist is not hereing anything it will charge extra money and we are not feel to comfortable with staff and receptionist too its very poor service and in whole building only i can there in whole building for stay and booking

Worst conditions. No any network there. Room was very dirty. Latrin flush was not working. Don't go at any cast over there

Well I have to write this because of what I have experienced and I feel that everyone should know this. I felt so good after reading few reviews that it’s not just me who thought at the night to book oyo due to some issues at my book.
There was electricity outage at my place and due to which I had to book this oyo last night and funnily I thought I will ask for water at the hotel not even food. The receptionist informed me that we don’t provide water or food to anyone and I was like what … since it was 2: 00 am at night and looking at me and my husband’s condition we were like ok. Then I must say that those bed sheets weren’t white at all and it was full of stains and when we asked him to change it he responded that we don’t do that either. I didn’t know that oyo had this bad service and that too in Delhi. I would suggest to close these kind of hotels rather than scamming others to pay around 2k for one night to sleep on that dirty bedsheets.

He hasn't allowed me to check in because I came early from my trip, So the staff give priority to his sleep and In very bad tone he said I will not open this I'm sleeping.
And Oyo haven't refunded my money back yet, I'm still waiting, So I will post the call records in social media If they will not return.

I dont want to give 1star also but there is no option,

I haven't seen such a wordt hotel in my life, i have changed 3 rooms because of the room dirtiness, but all the rooms are dirty none of rooms is having proper facilities. Lights are not working AC is not working, dirty rooms, even in some bathroom there is no flush guns also and there is no connection for geyser, and full hotel will be empty always no one will be there.
I request everyone not to book this hotel at anycost this is not wort for money.

The worst hotel ever, that is not a hotel a guest house, even though it's not exist because you can't find the name also worst experience ever third grade.

I never seen this much dirty hotel in my life. Situating in a remote place without any board and oyo name, unable to find the hotel. When we reached there gates were locked and staffs were talking irresponsible. Moreover, owner was asking more money than the oyo shown in the website. Such a bad experience. Don't reserve even 1 star

Please don't visit this hotel,
the receptionist looted my 1000 rupees because I've done prebooking in this hotel. And when I asked for refund amount he actually starting using his rough words, Please humbly and respectfully don't stay in this hotel. NO CLEAN, VERY SCARY HOTEL, YOU WILL FIND NOBODY STAYING HERE!

Worst of the worst nit at all good for even a day dirtiest bed and pillow and flors are full of dust and bedsheet has becy yellow from white.

Worst time which I spend in that hotle. Hotle was full of mosquitos and there was nothing on the name of facilities. Very bed experience.

Very bad experience, no water supply, hygiene issues, they demand 200/- extra on advance payment done through online portal. Very very bad experience, kindly not consider this hotel.

Do not book this place.
It's a place far away from any good restaurants, no easy commute available. Ola & Uber is also hard to find here.
The rooms are not well kept.
Had mosquitoes in the room and the place did not provide with any mosquito repellent.

क्युकी यहां बेडशीट तकिया साफ सफाई नही थी सब गंदा था टीवी नही चलता गीजर खराब है।
और स्टाफ भी बोहोत रुड व्यवहार करता है।
मेने चेकआउट किया मुझे रोक लिया गया रिसेप्शन पर और रूम चेक करने के लिए दो लड़कों को भेजा और वो लड़के वापस आए उन्होंने बोला को टॉवल गीला करके जा रहे है। अब नहाएंगे तो पानी नही पूछेंगे क्या अगर नहीं तो रूम में रखे ही क्यू हो स्टाफ ने मुझे घेर लिया 19 नवम्बर 2021 को और मजबूरन मुझे 300 रुपए टॉवल इस्तेमाल करने के देने पड़े गर्लफ्रेंड के सामने बेजति करदी परेशान करते हैं सुमित गुप्ता जी को मेने बोला कि सिर गलत है ऐसे पैसे मगना में और भी होटल में गया हू वह तो इसे नही करते टॉवल का अलग से नही मगते तो उन्होने कहा की मेरा होटल मेरे रूल्स मेरी प्रॉपर्टी आपको देने होंगे पैसे दो चले जाओ।
में जान ना चाहता हु की क्या रूम बुक करने के बाद मुझे टॉवल का बेडशीट का पिलो का सब का चार्ज देना होगा।
क्या गलत नहीं है जबरदस्ती बिना कुछ डैमेज किए पैसे भरवाना।
में तो किसी को सलाह नहीं दूंगा होटल में आने की।

The hotel owner is sunning a scam. I paid for breakfast and at hotel they said no food service. When I complained to oyo they claimed they gave the service

It's basically a couple friendly hotel, not a good place for official trip, no cleanliness, leaking taps, broken wardrobes, dirty beds. Pls avoid if possible

WORST experience! Unhygienic, Dirty Bedsheet & pillows. I left the room same time with in 30 min. No meal service I paid for 235 rs for meal service and staff updated me no meal service here right away. I complained with oyo but property manager started fighting on call and no resolution on this. My food meal money
wasted.even a single thing in this hotel which I can appreciate.

WiFi facility is available only for limited rooms. Guest with heavy luggages has to suffer a lot because lift is not available. No Mirror in the Rooms to comb

Worst experience in my life no hot water connection in any tab, no cleaning no dental kit or any kit provided by them, lift is not working and no service available in room specially in night

Excellent property in south delhi, lavish greenery, brand new property, nice rooms and washrooms, nice staff and good parking

Very peaceful area, new property with good rooms, reception staff was very hospitable, good parking, nice stay
