OYO Home 78109 Premium Villa

Don't go.they are scammers.no hotel is there. Only one board (Oyo premium villa) i lost my money.

Very pathetic location and service.
Fraud people cheaters and thief's company.every time oyo bookings do this.

This hotel is only gf/bf not for family or solo travelers.
I suggest you to book any other hotel. My experience with this hotel is totally pathetic.

Oyo is making unfair practices to make money, I did a booking recently and there was no hotel present at the location and somehow I got to know they have closed the property but Oyo is taking money for your booking which do not want to refund.

There was gap between ac and wall. So many masquitoes were entering in the room. Room is not fully complete. There is construction going just beside room.

Not good at all. The room was full of dust. I wanted an apartment to stay that’s why I booked it but I was disappointed when I got there. In pictures, you’ll see the kitchen but there are no utensils you can’t cook or do anything in the kitchen. T. V was there but all the channels were locked plus the food was terrible. It was a waste of my money.

Nice hotel room was so good and comfortable. Staf behiber so gambler. Kichen are also provide. So many family are stay in hotel.

Also they claimed that the wifi available but it's not.

Just a flat with 3 bed rooms not feel safe dont go if you with ur partner.should look for other property to stay.

Very dirty and unmanaged. Tap water was not coming and tap was broken. Need to improve a lot. Not recommended at all.

Hotel refused to accommodate inspite of booking being confirmed through Agoda for 3 guests in a room. As one of the guests was my cousin sister, they were okay initially proceed with the booking but refused later as one of the guest was a lady. The Hotel staff were very hypocrite, insensitive and asked us to leave when we were trying to check in at 4 AM. They were not even helping to atleast accommodate for few hours and all the verifications can be made later that morning.

Adding to that was we could not find the mentioned OYO as there are no boardings of the building and we had to wait almost 1 hour for staff to open the gate.

Very bitterful experience, the staff said they will not allow if a girl accompanying doesn't have same parents as male guests to provide the room.staff incharge arrogantly said to leave and do whatever is to done.
