OYO Silver Key 77709 Stay Heaven

The worst rooms and the worst customer service. The hotel denied my check in citing low tariff charged by OYO. This is a B grade hotel and provides rooms on hourly basis. Never ever book these rooms. I called multiple times OYO for a resolution but they didn’t help. I am going to file a police and consumer complaint against OYO

Worst experiece with OYO and this property. They are totally unprofessional. They booked and confirmed my booking and when I reached, they denied for check in. Oyo too didn't did any thing.and yet after a week I didn't get my refund. I ll never use Oyo and this property for stay.

Most Useless hotel. Even after Completed payment. This hotel demands more money.
I was Waiting outside the hotel after completing my payment before two day. They said we allow only in 1000 rupees otherwise can't give you entry. Worst experience with this hotel.

Worst Oyo ever. They checked us in and then checked us out. And said that it was automatically. And then asked for double charges. Never book this Oyo.

Very bad behaviour and too much Rudy behaviour.
No cleaning toilet.
No payment clearance.

Room was spacious but has a lot musquitoes and the bedsheet and blanket was not clean at all.

Need maintenance and good managing staffs they just ruined property by not managing it. Bedsheet dirty,
No cleaning of cupboards, and near the bed side, Washroom was also dirty, ignorant receptionist. Pls improve quality you will grow. Dont make it dustbin. Clean area. Hire new staff

Very bad hotel. Room don't have lock. Bathroom no water. Tv not working. Landline not working.

The room is not as seen on online. The colors weared off. The handle bar of balcony is broken which cannot be opened The bathroom door from the outside cannot be locked and there is water problem sometimes

My friend visit here, Room condition was so bad. No hygiene and so much mosquitos coming from outside through hole near AC. And bed was so dirty they don't used to change the bedsheet after checkout, 250 rupees I paid for dinner but I got only dal and rice. So bad don't recommend to anyone.

The room is very spacious.all okk.but was lil dirty.n water force is very low here.but overall it was okk to stay

Pathetic. Dirty rooms. Dirty wardrobe. Dirty washroom. No soap. No shampoo. No remote for AC.

In less than 12 hrs, have changed the room 3 times and still yet to get satisfactory smile.

Locality is no good, covid Hygiene not maintained, property is not properly clean also. In this price other better option are available
