I had come to the hotel to attend a family wedding. My time here was amazing and I had lots of fun.

Rooms are awesome. They seem like know what guest want to make feel at home experience. Very thoughtful. Staff are well trained, very polite, helpful.
Most important thing is food is great. Clean, hygiene, tasty.
They really stand on responsible luxury.
The ambiance, design and architecture of the hotel are also great. Location is also good.

The Sheraton New Delhi Hotel is a top-notch establishment that exceeded all of my expectations. From the beautiful and spacious rooms to the excellent dining options and impeccable service, every aspect of my stay was simply fantastic. All in all I liked my stay. The reason was the food and staff. In the morning for breakfast the Chefs smiled and offered lovely breakfast. My stomach was very happy. Thanks to itc staff

Situated right near the famous select City walk in South Delhi. This property is a super weekend getaway.with in room bath tubs and swimming pool the summers are easy to get rid off. The food is worth mentioning, with authentic cusinies the in house restaurant Pavillion is a foodies Paradise.

You will gonna love this views and and outside while in room. Quite beautiful room and everything lovely food and ambience

My recent stay at Sheraton New Delhi was incredibly amazing. Hotel room was impeccably clean, spacious, and maintained to the highest standard. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of spread with various options available and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall my stay at Sheraton was unforgettable

Attended a wedding in the capital after a long time. A gathering with the cousins was memorable. The hotel rooms were well kept. Housekeeping staff was very courteous and warm. Restaurants served amazing breakfast in the morning and the chole kulcha was truly yummy!

Went for a buffet lunch, good decor inside architecture was also good, food did not had many varieties in the veg option. Only issue was in the restaurant, it is difficult to slide the chairs while getting seated or getting up as the floor is fully carpeted, sliding a chair is tough.

A conference with colleagues in the city and a good lunch at the coffeeshop. Had the dehelnavi trail food and a truly amazing experience. Worth a visit

Sheraton New Delhi is wonderful place for stay. Their food and service are amazing. Its location also ideal for business travelers. All staff are very laborious specially Tarun at reception, Kewal and Ranjeet at Concierge they helped me lot during my visit. In housekeeping there is a person by the name Sujeet (if I am not wrong) he has a splendid knowledge with matchless experience.

A random decision to eat at Dakshin turned out to be fabulous. Chef velu assisted us with choosing the dishes from the menu. An evening well spent. Enjoyed the hot appams, muvankaya, venchina mamsam and the badam halwa tops the list! Truly a good time spent.

Hotel is good with amazing house decor and lobby is also well decorated concierge is very helpfull

This hotel is near perfect! Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My first experience with this hotel is really bad. I have booked a room here and have to cancel due to some reason. But still after two months i have not received my refund.
No one is bothered to take care of this matter.

Christmas was an amazing day to celebrate as the hotel is close by to the mall we decided to hop in for a quick dinner. The buffet was large. Desserts were to die for. Staff was very attentive. Had the chance to savour some delicious Christmas specials.

The stay was excellent and the staff was very supportive. The food and the beverages were also good. The hotel was well maintained and senitised. Loved the services.

It was a wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. To be honest these days it's about the customer service rather than the amenities provided by the hotel. I might not utilize all the amenities but would certainly remember the courteous staff. Special mention to Anchal for making our stay impeccable! Would love to come back.

The hotel is a must visit in Saket. Has the most wonderful pool. It was great to see how well the safety protocols are being followed. Thanks to krishna kewal from concierge for helping me out with the reservations and being there to assist

Clearly the people there are working very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. To start Yamini was very accomodating in meeting my room needs. Explained my choices and as the room was not ready she asked that i wait in the lobby. She made the checkin so very easy and enjoyable. It happens so that she was also the one who checked me out and that was also done with charm, grace and efficency.

The rooms are excellent on the club floor! Some TVs could use upgrading.

Sahil and Shalini addressed my concern about a light fixture in the room and were pleasant.

At the pavillion the food is excellent! Whether it is breakfast or any other meal. What makes it better is the team working there, some names to mention are Santosh, Rahul and Darshan. Infact the whole team is great.

Had an amazing stay. The room was so beautiful and comfortable. Th check in and check out was done without any hassle with the help of the bell desk, as they were quick. I'll surely come back to Sheraton.

The location of hotel is really good, just couple of minutes away from Metro Station and Select City Walk Mall, Qutub Minar is also nearby. They have variety of dining options in the hotel, which is really convenient for guests. All in all had a wonderful stay. Will stay here again.

It was really an amazing stay at Sheraton Delhi. Just a perfect 5star hotel. Staff are professional and humble. Food is hygienic & mild (Don't expect the spicy tadka in food, unless you mention it). Definitely recommended.

The service was amazing. Stay was comfortable. There was a problem with the TV, for which i was upgraded to a better room. Talking about staff, it was fabulous experience.

Absolutely brilliant stay at The Sheraton. Their service is impeccable. Right from the reservation by Mohit Mungali to the housekeeping staff Maninder and Ravinder Singh and literally everyone from the waitstaff to the bell boys to the room service staff, are superb. They go above and beyond to make things work. Special mention to their EHK Disha Gulati, who took personalised our stay and even set up cute personalised pillows. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something in this part of town.

Shout out to the spa stuff Ajeet. Ajeet makes a great head-massage. After a long day work ask for him he will give you the best treatment.
Also I have to add how attentive he is. On the second day we was enjoying the pool area and he would always check if we need water or anything else. Great service!

I have stayed there many times, I Personally attached to this property specially their rooms of 6/7th floor are one of my favourite. Whenever we come there we prefer to stay there only, as we liked the interior and service design of the Sheraton Club Floor… apart from this I have been asissted by Ms. Sonam Sharma since the day one, wanted to appreciate her hospitality and professionalism. Best of luck to her.will definitely visit again in future!

I would recommend this place for family dinner and for date as well.

Location is excellent. Select city Mall is next door and one can just walk out of the side gate to the Mall. Convenient.
Hospitality could be better. Not the usual standards one associates with the Sheraton group.

Ambience is as per standard but lacking in AC comfort all over the hotel, staff r minimally courteous, rooms have no sound proofing and makes it eerie at night, no hand shower in the bathtub and health flush is located to the left which is very cumbersome to use. And ofcourse inroom snacks are priced above 200% of the MRP

I love the food that is served at Deli tthe all day dining at Sheraton hotel saket. To top it is the excellent spread of South Indian choices available at Dakshin.

Had a celebration lunch at the south Indian speciality restaurant, "Dakshin ". Flavours, presentation were perfect just as I expected.

It's a beautiful place to have food and stay. Eva floor is present for solo girl travellers and delhi pavilion is beautiful and offers good buffet you are traditional in nature then paschim waits for you and food and beverage staff is helpful.

More boutique than large format, and that is exactly the USP. Very relaxed place. Coffee shop is far too small, though the buffet spread is decent

We were to go for a dinner with group of friends. The choice was between Dakshin restaurant or Pan Asian and we decided on Pan Asian. The food was absolutely remarkable and had stamp of authenticity. No oil, no extra cooking, crunchy stir fried vegetables. The staff attended each one individually and we were left with good taste in mouth. The decor was subtle and the insides were absolutely spic and span.

A very well maintained hotel with nice pool, variety of restaurants, well kept up rooms in a strategic location of business district of Delhi.very near to Airport and with bustling activity with always booked conference halls.food is great and service is amazing. Room Tariffs seem to be high compared to similar hotels in the same city.

Great ambience, professional and courteous staff. Sumptuous food. Loved the dal! Chef hates to say 'no' and does the best to accommodate requests. Well appointed rooms and generously stocked mini bar. Pleasantly surprised to see that snacks in the mini bar being sold at MRP, while other similar places choose to fleece customers. A trivia, but reflects well on the them. Overall, a very good experience!

Old hotel, buffet was good and hospitality is worth mentioning as they took good care of us as we were in a big group

Reservations office did not inform hotel reception on proper booking requirements and this confusion existed for some days to settle down in our 10 nights stay. Hotel needs to improve greatly on communications. Otherwise hotel is good and staff happy to assist at all levels.

Pathetic staff and pathetic experience. Asked for a wake up call and they couldnt even do such a simple task. The most rude hotel employees i have ever met, whayever you ask for to be done trust me wont be done becuz this hotel will only cater to their absolute high networth clients everyone else who books a room is peasants to them. This has to the worst experience at a hotel ive ever had its like a weekend wasted. You want a good hotel experience then better to go to park hotel or oberoi dont waste good money here.

Great ambiance and decor. I visited the restaurant in front of the reception. Wanted to have water. We were served two blue colored glasses but they were so dirty that me and my husband decided to drink straight from the jug.
It appears congested. But being at a central place, it's the ultimate choice for many for business purpose.

This is something which looks small from outside but is big inside, they have one big lobby by the reception and is really elegant, the place is quaint in its own way
