This is one of the worst place to stay. The reasons are as follows: -
1. This is not a family hotel 2. Staff is not responding to the concerns raised 3. Rooms and beds are not clean 4. All the rooms are filled with smoky smell and liquor 5. Flush is not working in most of the washrooms 6. These rooms are used to do bad things 7. I suggest not to go with these rooms if you don't wanna waste your money
Rooms are not clean. Flush in washroom isn't working. Beds are not neat. Switch boards are broken. Room Service doesn't even respond properly. They have given complementary water bottle in used water bottles. Overall, not at all recommended for stay.
1. No wifi 2. Had hairs in the sink 3. Broken toilet seat 4. Broken shower 5. Unhygienic 6. Fake reviews in app and photoshopped photos will fool you 7. If you reach at night, tired and exhausted, and call oyo regarding these issues then they will say that it is your fault that we checked in. Oyo will try to shift you to other properties in late hours or give you pitty wallet money which cant be used at one go (another tactic to keep customer).
One should not expect much while staying here. It is an average place to stay, which can be booked in very less price less than Rs. 1000. Good for solo travelers and bachelors. Room are ok ok and the staff is just fine to serve you. They will not respond for every small query of guests, so better to be with yourself once you get the access of your room and necessary items of the room. Cleanliness is there but that is not frequently.
It was one of the worst experiences I have had booking a hotel from OYO. The room was much smaller than the photos showed and the washroom was nothing as they promised. It was cramped, there was no hand wash or dryer as promised. There was also no mini fridge in the room that they advertised. When we entered the room, our phones signals got completely cut off.we couldn't even make calls!
Apart from the that, the staff was rude, kept hanging up the calls for room service and getting even a water bottle took 55 minutes!
The experience was so bad. The images on the website are very deceptive. The place is not even close to what the image look like. The washrooms are too tight. It isnt as clean. The staff was lethargic. Awful. Just awful. Worst hotel I've ever been to.
Worst experience, no supply of water & towels in washroom, no working television, none was there to listen our problem. We request to change our room. They don't even change the room even after rooms were not occupied.
Stay was good. Room was well managed but just issued with check in delivery. I reached there 12 pm but still got room after half an hour late. But overall was good and satisfied with the service they provided
Pathetic experience. Elevator, geyser, TV not functional. The lady sitting at the reception, Ms Jigyasa is abysmal at best in her behavior and attitude towards residents. Tries to impose her authority in restricting legitimate visitors from entering suites. Fumbles for documented restrictions when asked for the same. Oyo in it's zeal to expand fast has conveniently overlooked the nitty gritties of guest comfort. Such people need to be weeded out immediately in order to reinstate Oyo's brand image, and infrastructure needs revamping.
Minus rating. Toilets worst. Cleanliness very very very bad. Flush not working, staff not cooperative. Lift not working. Difficult to find the place. Had booked for 2 nights. Had checked in at night. So had no option left but to stay for a night. But vacated next morning itself. Please don't check the old reviews and go. I had been there 6 months back. It was new at that time and the stay was good. But no maintainance. It is worst.
