Staff needs to be more organised and should definitely have presence of mind. Service is slow as per the property.

Nice place for wedding celebration and it has a big area and it is on road so it is easily noticeable in traffic also

I like their facilities, staff and friendly behaviour of staff and other person. Cleanliness in room and architecture of rooms were good.

Had one of our functions here a couple of months ago and people loved the place and the staff were great. A special mention to the manager/owner whose communication and honesty made all the difference.

Tivoli is in chattarpur, it's can be easily located as it's on the main road and one of the most popular establishments. It's on an expensive side however the service is really amazing.

Nice place to attend corporate meeting and marriages. Ambience is too good. Food is so delicious, also staff behavior very good

Went for a office training session.the food is pathetic and so is the hygiene.especially around the washrooms

Dirty washrooms in the garden buffet area. No diet soda available at the bar. Only water available in the dining room just above the garden. No healthy food options.

Tivoli garden room service is not good at all, my friend came from Mumbai and stayed in for two days while he want to stay for three more days but changed his idea due to room service of Tivoli.

It's a nice place, comfortable rooms, clean swimming pool, ampple parking, complimentory breakfast, good room service, one should go there.

This was really good resort, one is of the best Delhi resort, have good ambiance, nice to spent good time good food and many more.

It once used to be The destination for wedding in Delhi NCR. It's definitely a brand but has gone down very rapidly. Now there are far better venues than Tivoli. The food quality, rooms service all has taken a toll. The area also seems smaller compared to other wedding venues opened newly. Above all it's located at a very busy red light in chattarpur which makes many things worse for this venue. Though they still got a lot of functions and events but I am not sure if the response is good. Don't forget it still is a brand name and one of the top venues in early days in Delhi.

I had gone their for a professional event. I liked the quality of food and overall service. Thr ambiance was also good and the event went really well.

The services are good but location is very hard to reach due to traffic jam.air quality of the area is poor.space is ample.

Multiple halls for marriages, parties and conferences. Large parking lot inside the premise. Well maintained and easy to locate. The only problem is the huge amount of traffic on the roads connecting it.

An absolutely wonderful place! The menu is extensive and the price to pay for it is decent too! They have a variety of venues to host ones function but the best ones are the outdoor venues. Loved the one with the train theme! The basement banquet was not as great as all others but to each his own! Go there for a decently priced, nicely located venue for your wedding or other such functions!
PS— Call and find out the recent update about the sealing and which venue is open now! As on October 2018, they were sealed off by thr Government.

Near Chattarpur Mandir, Mehrauli, Chattarpur Road. Spread over green landscaped areas, the Tivoli Garden Resort features 4 dining venues, including a 24/7 multi cuisine restaurant.

Illegal property. There was police and media raid the day we checked in and we were forced to leave the place. The rooms that were provided were also so dirty and unhygienic. Had to book another place nearby.

I have visited this place on occasion of one of my friends wedding. The food arrangement was very very good. It was very well organised given the fact it was raining outside and they were able to manage all guests inside hall.

One of the best place to have party. This is located bit off from main Delhi. Venue can be chosen for big parties and small gatherings. Nice food and courteous staff.

Attended a reception in one of the halls. There was a hall and some open space adjacent to the hall. Drinks and starters were served in the hall. Dinner was served in the adjoining open space. Before entering the hall, there is a passageway, where bar was set up. They had set up a dance floor also and stage. If number of guests is over 60 or 70 then the hall would be crowded. A word about the catering. Very nice and delicious food in the starters and main course as well.

Terrible state of rooms and very poor hospitality. Staff very lackadaisical and every request needed 2-3 reminders
