Do not buy any flat near utopia they create so many disturbance in ur peaceful life. Everyday some marriage party is going on in Utopia and they play very loud music late night some time at till 1 to 2 am in the morning. Ispite of telling them so many times no action is taken. Silent zone became vilant because of Utopia. Atleat rating one has to give otherwise they deserve negative rating.

There is big nuisance named Avadh Utopia.
Everyday or other you can hear loud music on DJ trucks passing by your society even at late night. Avadh group is insensitive and least bothered after the flats are sold. You will face problem of lifetime.

It is very disturbing place, there is soo many society around and every day there is merrage or party going on in the Avadh Utopia club, after complaining so many times regarding the noise from the club no action has been taken, I had to sell my flat in Avadh copper stone due to this reason. Lots of noise going on around. Don't buy property near by it will make your life hell. After paying lots of money you will not get peace of mind. Think twice before you buy
