Fraud service centre. My iPhone 12 was under Apple program because of manufacturing default and I went to have a nice to claim it, but they made an excuse that my phone Is broken and is now not included in the program and then I want to unicorn and they helped me out and sent my phone and repaired it. Free of cost. This a service Centre is not worth it
Do not buy any thing from this store. This store persons demand money from transferring data from Android to Apple phone. Very bad experience with this apple store. Staff Donot know how to speak with customer.

Went for a battery change after taking a pre appointment. I was recalled after 2 days because they had no stock. Even after 2 days they did not have the battery.
Literally WORST WORST apple service centre. I had display issues in my phone and I had given them my phone for the issue Also it was was in warranty. No call even after 3 days and when I called they are like it is no problem some software issue so I removed all data and apps still I faced issue showed them display pink screen and video still they say we can’t help and say extend your warranty it is 16500 like seriously as if they are going to pay that hefty amount. Feeling like taken some China company phone. No proper response even after taking 100000 worth phone. Please guys don’t go here. My friends had similar issue he went to ashram road services centre and got it replaced. These people are just playing with our feelings. Literally the worst place.

Over I Venus it is my worst ever experience. Staff here more interested in selling new products. With warranty i went here for my phone repair where people without investigating problem stating that it is water damage n in water damage no repair. Asking for replacements of it with extra charges of 38500. ##
People are here just cheating n using their monopoly in wrong way to enhance new business

Today i visited 3rd time at 4: 30 with 2 hour+ time and same your team saying to come later and it vl not be done in 2-3 hour, as system is not working after 6 and you might get phone on Monday.
Seriously is it correct way to cater customer?
If system is not working after 6 then why on very first day your service person is not saying? And why saying/mentioning working hours till 7?

I am giving two stars only because of Apple logo which comes on their service centre. Otherwise the professionalism they show, the care they show towards customers is just pathetic, they wouldn’t be surviving for six months if it would have been a standalone service centre.
The guy who was handling my product that is AirPods was not even knowing much about the service programmes that are existing. The man handling my product even dropped it once luckily it fell on desk and no harm was caused, but they are so mechanical while handling you and show no care towards you or your product. Just respect the brand you are representing.
Absolutely no customer service.visited the store to buy a MacBook.although all sales reps were free none attended to me even after waiting in the store for 15 minutes.it’s shameful that a company like apple that prides itself for customer service appoints such resellers with horrendous customer service. (Left without buying the Mac and giving them my hard earned money).
One of the worst experiences by your staff at the gate did not let me in telling a doctor about covid protocols when your staff were not masked and at the same time he said there are lot of people in the store, I went to buy a mag safe charger for my phone but thanks to your snobbishness I may say buy to apple forever, I only know one thing customer is king one of the worst experiences in the industry
Not a satisfactory service. Keep awaiting for purchasing a Macbook Air, M1 Chip (256 GB) for more than two/three weeks. Executives promise to call back or inform which did never happen. Still awaiting!
So here I am very much bloomed by the mac book pro of 1tgb which is provided to me by the store ivenus. Secondly the product is awesome no issues with this mac book in fact I would appreciate that the order was been provided to us early to the respected due date given to us. And I am very glad the mind blowing service which was provided to us by Mahesh panchal he deserves high post in this store his efforts are amazing bloomed by his hard work he is always there when I need any help regarding mac, he has each and every problem solution.
