All original and self attested Photocopy

1. Appointment letter printout
2. All ID with same address
3. Latest certification of education like graduation or PG certification
4.2 passport photo with white background
5. For less educated adult above 50- All ID original and self attested Photocopy

Our reporting time was 12: 30, and till 4: 30 we were waiting for our turn! Very slow procedure, And also no proper facilities for people who were waiting for there turn!
