Living here since 2014. Excellent ambience and location. Property well maintained. Visitor Parking is outside the gate. All festivals celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm. Rental Value 28000+. Property Value shows gradual increase but could be better. Bachelors not allowed as Tenants. Overall a great place to stay.

Best maintain Elevator

Richmond Grand is very nice society. People maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Security is also very nice here. In this society there are two club house which includes gym, library, table tennis, carrom etc. This society has 9 blocks (A block- I block). Rooms are also very spacious here.

The breathing space it has given between each of the buildings is awesome. And the placement given between the buildings and the garden is very pleasant and classy. The ground floor and eahc floor of buildings being cleaned very well. And Just a drawback is that the garden, the lights given in the garden and the loan of the garden are not maintained properly. And the grilles of the ventilation that has been given between the buildings are broken somewhere, so there is a lot of disturbtion of pigeons from there. And specifically, here a lot of trouble of pigeons, they make buildings and balconies very dirty. And because of that, health is severely affected. And the association and management here is owned by those who are not carring enough.
