Pathetic Service, Staff is so unconcerned regarding Customer challenges and issues. They are least bothered, and behavior is worse than Govt Bank.

For the aadhaar enrollment
The branch is decent and staff is nice
Helped out even without an adhaar enrollment appointment and helped complete the adhaar process easily and quickly

I have an account with the hdfc bank and taking services front this sector 69 branch. I am very happy n satisfied with the branch as they always have solution oriented approach which leads to better customer service.

I have huge respect for HDFC.have been a loyal customer for long. People in this branch have very loose work values. Especially, one on right side, a fat lady (pardon me for this, as I don't know her name). They just don't want to do work and have no respect towards customer or their time.
