Anies Garden Homestay

Conversation with the owner to book a room was very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Charged 500rs for just 2hr early check-in. Room service is rarely available. Room was clean but very small. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We are coming here since 2 years. Stay arrangement is good. It's good to have your own vehicle or travel by auto/ bus from nearby Ambalamukku junction.

Very beautiful place. Beautiful rooms. We stayed there for 5 days. Quiet and calm place. The owner and staff are very helpful. We recommend Anies Garden to all who wants to stay during their trip.

Comfy rooms. Bathroom was neat and clean. Only one issue found is, heater was not available in the bathroom.

The owner of this place is really nice and humble. Rooms and services are good, but you can consider this place for long term stay.
Location is also nice, everything is stone throw away.

I was stayed on 28.09.2022 with my family here, super cool experience I had there. Nice property and its very budget friendly. I will recommend this property to all who travel to Trivandrum.staffs and managements are really appreciated for there service.

Very neat and clean rooms, even though it was a house it felt like a 3 star hotel. Very Safe for families and ladies. Owner are staying at ground floor

ഒരിക്കലും ഇവരെ വിശ്വസിച്ചു റൂം ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യരുത്. നമ്മൾ റൂം ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ട് വേറെ ബുക്കിങ് ക്യാഷ് കൂട്ടി എടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം നമ്മുടെ ബുക്കിങ് cancle ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് ഇവരുടെ പതിവാണ്. എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഇവർക്കു ഇത്ര reivew എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. ഞാനും review വായിച് ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്ത ഒരാളാണ്. പിന്നീടാണ് ഇവർ ലാഭത്തിനു വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ethics ഒട്ടുമില്ലാത്ത ടീം ആണെന്ന് എനിക്ക് ബോധ്യമായത്. ഞാൻ ഈ ഒരു റിവ്യൂ ഇടുന്നത് നമ്മൾ ഫാമിലിയുമായി വന്നിട്ട് അവിടെ എത്തുമ്പോൾ റൂം ഇല്ലന്ന് കേൾക്കാൻ ഒരാൾക്കും ഇടവരുത്താതിരിക്കാൻ മാത്രമാണ്.

Don't trust these peoples. I had a bad experience with this people. We booked a room, but when they got better money they canceled our booking.

ഇവരെ വിശ്വസിക്കരുത്. ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്ത് ധൈര്യമായി പോവാൻ കഴിയില്ല. അവിടെ എത്തുമ്പോൾ റൂം ഇല്ലന്ന് പറയും. അത് കൊണ്ട് ആരും പെടാതിരിക്കുക.

ഇവർ റേറ്റ് കുറച്ചു ബുക്കിങ് എടുക്കും എന്നിട്ട് direct വിളിക്കും. റൂം വേണേൽ ക്യാഷ് കൂടുതൽ വേണം. Available അല്ലെന്ന് എല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞിട്ട്. ഇവർക്ക് അങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു ആളുകളെ പറ്റിച്ചു വില കൂട്ടം. അവരുടെ buisness develop ആവുകയും ചെയ്യും. ദയവു ചെയ്ത് ആരും ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യരുത്.

I booked a property online, but they asked me to cancel because they didn't have a vacant room at the last minute.

I stayed in Anies garden for 3 days in April 2021. It is a very good home stay. High speed Internet is available. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Car parking space is available. It is run by a respectable family. Very friendly behaviour. They are very helpful to the guests.

A well maintained beautiful cozy space on the fringes of the city for a comfortable stay in budget mode. Room was neat and clean and worth every buck I spent (I booked through goibibo). A special mention about the courteous staff though not found easily always.
