Seaside Residency

I'm staying with seaside residency allappy, all rooms are clean and hygienic, it was a very nice experience for me, it was pleasant and really comfortable with me, then the manager and staff are helpful to everyone

Not so good because for drivers they are not providing rooms how will driver will sleep after driving the vehicle whole day government of kerala must look for this problem that drivers f

Not satisfied with the service no 24/7 hot water only in the morning for 7-10 by request they said but I have got only 16 min only in the morning

Very bad bad and once again bad! We booked this hotel through agoda and made the payment even. Am from Netherlands and my friend is from Sri Lanka. By arriving they didnt allowed us because we are not indians. And they are very sure they did mention this. Well we are very sure they didnt mention this at all. Very rude stuffs. They just left us on the road. Thank god we did found a way better place nearby to stay. I would not recommend this to anyone!

My personnel experience was extremely poor with this hotel. My booking was confirmed through make my trip for 5 days from 14 Aug 23 to 18 Aug 2023 but I was checked out just after 1 day. Behaviour of owner and staff was very rude and non cooperative. Also, they uploaded false details and photos on web site about their facilities but no facilities was available there. Eventough no crockery items available, I'm totally surprise that how come a hotel exists with no plates for customer fooding. Therefore I personally recommend that this hotel is not suitable for any family.

Sad rooms, no room service (not even tea), no hot water, broken and stinking toilets, location is good, but not stay worthy! You have better stay options in the same location at cheaper prices

Day one found 30-40 mosquitoes
Day two found centipede next to my kid
Day three vacated room.

Staff was very rude, there was not even a dustbin in the room. Really unhygienic place, blankets were not there. Bathroom was leaking and dirty.the room was dirty

After 8.30 pm it is hard to find restaurants in this area. If found then the taste would be average or below average. Better have your food outside of this area and go to this place.

Avarege room and friendly staff late nyt check in also possible very close to alappey beach can park 4 cars on their parking area

We go for a Trip in kerala stay in hotel seaside taking one day double bed room checkin 12 and checkout time 11by default and one day Ac room we pay 2000rs. Good and neat clean room but they follow strictly timing we go by night only and and our time also closed in morning 11 O clock

I have stayed there for one day. The rooms where neat and clean, the service was upto the mark. The price is also economical. It’s very near to railway stations as well as to the Alleppey beach, only walkable distance

Good conditioned rooms with Customer friendly approach. Beds, TV, wash room etc were in good condition. Had some issues of mosquito, which is ubiquitous in Alleppey.

Good place for stay near allappey railway station. Rooms are well maintained with all the amenities. Staffs are also well mannered. Cloak room facility also available for customers while checking out. Railway station and beach is at walkable distance.

Loved this place because owner is very nature friendly and also this place is near allepey beach

They don't treat you like guests but as beggars. We were 5 people and needed 5 towels. But they refused us this basic amenity. Hot water was gushing out of taps with no cold water in any tap. They don't have a restaurant. Manager Says he won't give room through oyo, and asked for direct payment. Bathroom was dirty and used sachets were floating on the floor.

I actually want to give zero star because of the service of the staff at the hotel. Extremely inhospitable and rude. The location of the hotel is good but I would suggest you rather stay somewhere else for a pleasant experience. During holiday season they charge like 3 and 4 stars but the service is less than 1 star, if that's a thing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Pathetic place.worst room.ultra small washroom.cracked wash basin. AC not working.and no hot water.morning breakfast 3 idlis and sambhar.that's fixed.and if u have an infant with u.don't expect much help

Not at all maintained or cleaned. Riddled with mosquitoes, other insects and cobwebs. Smelly bathrooms. Only one or two people are here.

I booked hotel from Oyo, but the hotel charged 1000 cash due to some dispute between oyo and hotel. I tried calling oyo, but no luck. The hotel is poorly maintained. So do not expect any service or cleanliness.

Hindi spoken staff, clean and well maintained hotel for stay. They serve tea and brkfast but not regular meals. Peace of mind and complete privacy during the stay.

Value for money hotel. If maintained a little bit more in terms of linens, towels, ambience - it could be passed of as a 3star hotel. The frontage could also be improved

Absolute worst experience last day with OYO.

After OYO's continous prompt to pay via app i pre-paid the whole amount via app but upon reaching the facility i was denied check in as they do not accept prepaid guests as OYO hasnt cleared their prepaid dues for last 4 months.

I called the OYO customer care and was shifted to another facility and i experienced the same issue there, as prepaid guests are not currently being accepted. Therefore i was stranded in a unknown place at night. I had to plead with the property manager to check in as it was getting late. Finally he relented and let me stay.

If hotel doesn't accept prepaid guests why does oyo prompt me continously after booking to pay via app for seamless check-in. Nothing was seemless and i was informed the property manager that issue is existing in all hotels in alapuzha, kerala.

Very poor service I stayed on 13 nov the alloted room to me was full of black ant and bathroom light not working I complained but management not taking any action they have no value of customer I suggest that please never book yrs room in this hotel

Worst hotel in the world because nothing is good.
• Behavior of is manager is not good.
• Bedroom is smelling very worst.
• Nothing is good, only location is some good.
• I suggest that don't waste your money.

Hotel is average. Staff are not supportive. There is no restaurant. Advantage is it is near to railway station, Alleppey beach &Light house, Hot water is available only between 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM. There is a dispute between hotel and Oyo, they are some times denying the rooms who booked in Oyo. So don't book in OYO

Very very worst service. I heard good review and booked this hotel but its not worth it. They don't even provide hot water in need. Waste of time. Pls don't book. And they don't accept the bookings made through Oyo.

Worst service, they didn't alot the room which I booked they gave very small room, aft forcing them to provide my room then they alloted very late. They charged for early check-in Rs 400 without informing me though I called and informed them about my early check-in. No hot water, No dth/cable service during my stay and not bothered about their guest. For the very first time Highly disappointed in kerala.

Only plus is nearby beach and railway station.

I'd give this place zero stars. We booked 2 rooms here, 15 days ago and when we reached, they said rooms aren't available. And instead of talking to their oyo team, they are giving us helpline numbers to solve the issue ourselves.
Extremely disappointing place.

The people are hospitable. But there is no lift in the building and we were on the 2nd floor. Also, there was no hanger in the bathroom and complimentary toiletries were not provided. These things can be taken care of going forward.

No parking area for the vehicle, we want to park the vehicle in a narrow road. I just opened the shower the red colour water was coming out, even the property manager told me if I have any complaint u just complaint online,

Not upto the mark if we assess the price portion.

Severe Issues -
1. Latches of washroom door were not working / broken. Had to manage somehow.
2. Same goes with main room lock. Not working.
3. No food available at times. And the quality of breakfast was awful.

Goods-
1. The Staff were helpful.

Non ac rooms are suffocating. There are no balconies with the room only a single window is available. And the behaviour of the manager is too bad
