Bike servicing was also not done properly and the behavior was not good.

On 10/04/2024, I had left the bike at the showroom for servicing in the morning. On the same day at 5 pm, I got a call from you that the bike has been serviced but I did not go to the showroom that day. Today I went to the showroom in the morning and was told that the bike has been serviced. I said, okay, I didn't even wash the bike.
You are requested to behave properly with the customer and what happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

Never buy a hero bike. The service centre facility is not good. If the rating for service centre is less than 1, then I will definitely put

After sales service is very very bad, they don't care, staff is not supportive. They work very very slow.

If you want the worst service in the world, visit this place. Even keeping your car there for 1 week does not do its full work. These people will do the work for your car which is not working. Your car will be free of old problem along with new problem. A very smart mechanic who has headphones attached to his ears, doesn't have anything to do with anyone, just shows up and waits for someone else's car. If I give my car to a mechanic named Vijay, don't ask that this dude's work is first class. On asking the problem, he has the answer that Google will not find it. Money will be wasted along with time.
Anything less than one star should be rated.

Don't come for service, they are taking longer time to inspect bike and book service

Not as per expectations, no details available for S1Air, as customer service called me for payment option on 18 July 23, but by going to experience centre, I have to cancel my order and re reserved my order, that's odd, hope it will not impact my delivery

They will welcome and behave good upto you gave payment. When you come to take bike they will treat you like hell.never visit this place.
NOTE: if your are taking bike as cash, don't give HRA money. They take from you without asking.

This showroom is very worst and even the manager and workers don't know what is the problem in bike from 5 month iam taking my bike to show room but they even not done any work on bike they scam pepole by removing parts from bike and tell that you have show your bike outside if any warranty is there they will find the way how to get money from customer and they will remove part from bike from 5 month my bike isin showroom not taken bike manager is so rude and staff also sunil waghamare and mahesh Batalwar showroom should be ban they spoiling whole hero Moto corp company

Customer Service is very bad. Bike stopped working after 1st service. No proper response received.

They don't have skilled and sufficient no. Of mechanics which causing 2-3 days to deliver vehicle for a general service.

Worst experience from advisor, supervisor and customer care manager of service centre, general checkup and other bike servicing not giving on time though you handover your bike for 4 days.

Worst servicing please don’t go there and please don’t contact them these are worst in servicing people.

Pathetic hospitality, took more than one hour for wheel delivery, no one to look after the customer, you only have to chess them for everything as if you are getting vehicle free of cost.

Not recomand for anyone, I had done my bike engine work very high rate and after 3 months they told me need to replace block piston of your bike.

Absolutely disappointing experience from the service Center in terms of communication and customer service. These folks instead trying to resolve a simple request were just bouncing me in between themselves pointing fingers at each other. You should train your staff in work ethics and etiquette.

Not a very good place to get your vehicle serviced. The quality of service is not good. No reminder for service or insurance renewal. The washing is done badly. Charges for consumables are also high even though you are paying the service charges i.e. Around Rs. 450.

Third class experience, third class services and worst attitude of the service representatives, when I gave my bike for servicing it was in much better condition but after receiving the bike the representative told me that silencer is not working and require gas wielding which they don't have, they couldn't cut the helmet lock as they said they don't have required equipment and the tire turned flat within 5 days.how can they be authorized hero service center

Worst service center ever. Mechanics in the service center are not capable of solving issues in bike. I have to come for at least 6 to 7 time to get the issue fix but this issue still persists. They change parts even if their is no issue in that part which makes your bill high. Once I was charge more than actual bill. People on the counter do not know how to operate the system. And the worst part is staff are more rude and they take at least an hour to take your bike for service.

This showroom is worst for servicing. The ppl of this service centre will never listen to your problem and they will do the service in there way. I had a very bad experience. This place is not at all recommended.

Workers are busy in there job its good sign for company but need to pay attention towards visitors is also important.
Slightly disappointed with the behavior of the guy who seats inside the glass chamber and handling billing work. Honesty I found him unaware of his job profile.

Was waiting at store for 15 minutes straight just to enquire about one part and none was entertaining

Experience worst service in my life. The supervisor only look for big money problems. Some of the working part became faulty after servicing. No honest about timely delivery.

Worst service centre, dont go just because its authorised. People do not even have manners how to do follow up of service. Took my vehicle for 2 days and did not even complete all the service and gave me many excuses. DO NOT TRUST THEM ABOUT THE SERVICE. Just waste of time.waste of money.

Rightly said by others.if you love ur bike dont go there.no coordination no timing adherence.
You have to stand in front of the mechanic guy to get ur work done. The coordinators are of no use.
You pay them to get mental stress. Avoid at any cost

No second thought, the service here is THIRD class, POOR. No basic customer service manners. They literally fight with you. Once you give the vehicle, definitely they will make you stress by the way they talk rudely, authoritatively as if we are working under him (esp.the supervisor who delivers the vehicle - fair guy in spectacles). They don't follow a proper checklist to do for a basic service. For me, they have not even checked disk break oil, indicator lights, etc. I have told them to do it while giving, but they didn't do it. At least they can tell that they have not completed that job, while delivering. But I myself identified and asked, then they are giving some blame reason. Not only me, I have seen other customers who comes they generally crib and go badly esp.for paid service customers. Another cheating is, they have charged RS 25 extra from the bill amount. When I asked the bill, they said the machine is having some problem so you can collect it later or will send it in email. But even after a week, they haven't sent any mail/bill. I personally went and asked that there is a difference of RS 25 which was collected from me, no answers for them. Most of the time, they don't have spare parts and they will ask u to come after 2 days.when u go that time, they will again ask labor charge to fit that parts. It was supposed to be complete during service. See the ways they loot money. SAD. My humble request is they are running under big brand name, so you better go to local service agencies, which are really much better than their service center. Please don't waste money. Definitely they don't do fair justice for money

Visited for vehicle service.it was not a good experience.had to visit twice for same issue and staff is not attentive make you wait for a long time and don't respond promptly.

Very very bad service in this showroom. I got new bike 1mnt before. 1 st servicing work not done properly.only Breck setting and washing done.

Its one of the worst service centre that you could consider in the whole world.

If you have the patience to wait for 2-3 days for getting your vehicle serviced or repairing the minor parts this is the perfect place.

Nevertheless you will have to followup with them for the vehicle to get it fixed.

1) first instance had given my vehicle for changing the fuel gauge they took around 4 days turned up to the service station and had done some follow-up with the manager customer service then it took hardly 10 minutes to fix it.

2) next was today when I gave the vehicle on Sunday they already told me we could give you on Monday as the no of vehicle count was high after waiting entire day the vehicle still is not done to my surprise they were not able to locate the vehicle key

The supervisor says the vehicle is serviced and other guys says we have not serviced since the key was not found.

And I and to search the key from the bunch of keys kept on the table.

So have paid the bill without knowing my vehicle is really serviced or not.

Hero motocomp you should really be running some kind out audit check at this service centre they are spoiling your brand name if you really care about your customers

Very bad staff, don't have manners how to talk with customer. Technicians are much rude nobody is providing details information of repairing. Even for small repair it takes at least two days, there should be separate department which will take care such small service requirements. Not getting all spare parts.

Got my Karizma ZMR 1.0 serviced here, took 2 days. Very bad service. Nut-bolts coming loose.engine oil leaking, bike started loosing power by month end. Never go to this place if you care about your vehicle.
Shivaji Nagar NH4 is much better.

I had serviced my old bike here, after bill payment there was no one to take by bike out of parking. It had dust on it, when I opened the seat to keep my docs, it was not clean, it means they didn't even wash it completely. I am feeling my bike is hard to drive now, and not at all smooth after paying like 2800rs. Will never go there for service.

Worst service center.my byke got off in two days of service done.

Staff is not good at all. They first delay the delivery because of some reason and then pickup the bike for passing and deny delivering it at your home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not happy at all. Its clear why Hero is behind Bajaj/Honda or other brands.
