The hospital was well and good with good hospitality and well experienced doctors they all were kind and geniune

We went for executive master health checkup. Great response and the coordinator is well organised to do one by one checkups. Friendly staffs and nicely taking care the patients.

Myself sarathi due to depression it leads to body weakness once get consultation now I am alright!

I was admitted to coast hospital for stomach pain.and it's in server condition. I didn't expect will be alright but the doctors supported me to overcome it. Am highly satisfied with their treatment. Now am completely alright. Thank you East coast hospital

14th April: Dialysis Reception did not support the way an Hospital should be. There are issues related to their internal communication and insurance which we highlighted multiple time in last few weeks. But no proper response.

15th April Update: I have raised complaint yesterday late night and there is immediate response from hospital top of pyramid and given instruction to hospital team. It is great to see that still the feedback system works but it is a sad reality that some individuals need to be constantly reminded of their basic duties. Will update further once the case is resolved and about the post case treatment care.

I am admitted my father last week now ia alright, staff behaviour is good and clean hygiene, toilet is good, our staff especially silambarasi is good kindness and polite speak and care.thanks

They don't provide Bills for Consultation. If asked, they will embarass you before other patients.

Payment to be done only in cash.they don't accept UPI or other payments. Also, they don't consider telephonic appointments.

No Dedicated Recipitionist, the Reception person act as assistant to Doctor. Lot of Patients wait for registration and other wait for Payment and Pharmacy. Huge mess.

Pl. East cost hospital management consider this Seriously and provide proper services.

Service is good, doctors and nurses are taking good care. And plesent and
hygiene atmosphere.

The pharmacy while I am getting an napkins for ladies it's urgent and must but for that also if there is no charge of Monty they are telling no stock

Worst hospital. No proper response and cleanliness. No nurses show proficiency. Paying for nothing.

Blindly we can believe this hospital for maternity. Everything was procedural and it was explained in a timely manner. Thanks Dr. Jisha for her skills and the care taken in the labor time. Most of the people expect c-sections in private hospital when compared to GH of Pondicherry. If you are ready to cooperate physiological exercises Normal delivery is painless here. Ward nurses, natural environment, cleanliness, timely diet food and facilities are top-notch.

All the staffs are very responsible.proper toilet, lift facilities and car parking and air conditioning is also very good.

I have gone to many private hospitals but haven’t seen a hospital like this before. Very good staff nurses and doctors. The doctors are well versed in their department. A reasonably priced hospital in pondy.

Very hopefull place for nephrology related treatment Dr. Murukesan sir is super person. He listens to the patient patiently and good man.
