The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and pleasant. Food is delicious and healthy. We ordered Masala Darbar Special Thali and Veg Biryani. The quantity and quality of food were both excellent.

Tried this restaurant based of trip advisor. Tried 1) Paneer Pokada 5/5 2) Paneer khurchan 4/5 and Rajma rice 5/5. Mr Kamlesh kumar attended us and was very polite and helpful.

Amazing food and great ambience. We stumbled upon this place for breakfast, and it was so well worth. The puri Chana, aloo onion paratha is to die for. I think this is the best restaurant in the premise.calm and amazing service!

We ordered three types of Kulcha: Panir Kulcha, Alu Makkhan and Mixed Kulcha. All of those got served with chole and onion sauce and all of those were very delicious.
The waiter was also very humble. They provide free wifi as well. The environment is also very good and ambient.

Superb food.jain food is just awesome. Kamlesh Kumar was very helpful and provided with very good options for jain food.jain veg may cheese sandwich is a must try.

This was our first trip to Amritsar and quiet a memorable one. Food was initially a challenge but it got solved once we visited Masala Darbar. Our trip was for 6 days and since the Resto was near to our hotel, we had food almost everyday in the resto. Dharampal ji and Kamlesh ji really took care of us everytime we are at the resto.

Taste - Food served here is only veg. Parathas and puris are good. One will get only tandoori parathas and not tawa one. Food is prepared as per your taste. I have seen them replacing the dish in case if the food is not to someone 's liking.

Hygeine - Top class. No compromise there.

Service - We loved it. Again, special mention Kamlesh ji. Do look out for him when you visit the resto.

Price - ₹₹₹. You pay for the quality of the food.

Overall experience - Awesome!

Food quantity - poorest ever, if we go to any restaurant be it no star to 5 star the quantity of food is decent enough In terms of vegetables, but for the price of food they charged there food quantity is the smallest you will ever get in pan india. I am well travelled even 5 star hotels abroad has better quantity and all other restaurant in there vicinity as well as in Amritsar had great quantity but there quantity was really less, in this portion sixe hardly one person can complete a full meal we had to order vegetables twice the quantity was so less.

Clean place and Excellent food. The service provided by Mr Bhupinder Singh was excellent. Highly recommended place for authentic Punjabi food!

Peaceful place to have food, specially on summers! Prices are on costlier side, however you can choose the items accordingly! Had 1 Amritsari Kulcha (Very Good), 1 Aloo Onion Paratha (Good) and 1 Salty Lassi (Excellent) for 231 rupees which is actually pocket friendly considering the ambience!

Food taste was delicious. Kulcha in breakfast was lip-smacking. And the service by Bhupendra Singh was equally good, polite, and fast. No regrets for choosing The Golden Lagoon hotel and having food at Masala Darbaar. It's one of the best hotels near Golden Temple, at a walking distance of hardly 5 minutes. Give it a try and thank me later.

It's a nice place to eat. The food is of the highest quality, with yellow dal and white pasta. The entire collection is appealing, flavorful, and well-priced. This place reminds me of the Astoria restaurant. Above all, it's only a hundred metres away from the Golden Temple.

Pasta was not spicy as we ordered.
And nobody is use mashrum in pasta. Plz avoid the same in future.

Nice place to have a meal. Quality of food is ultimate, Yellow dal, White pasta. Entire range is attractive, full of taste and value for money. I compare this place with a restaurant Astoria. Above all, it's just a 100mtr away from golden Temple. They also have a very good Hotel as well, named Golden Lagoon, Windows of most of the room towards jaliawala baag. One must stay here for perfect combination of Nice stay and delicious food.

Food is very clean, fresh and arrives hot at the table. As a foreigner travelling to India food quality was my top priority and Swaad n Swag was in line with high standards. Very clean and trustable.

The best place to have food in Amristar. I found Kulchas and Paranthas here to be much better than those at other famous places in Amristar. Tried Aloo and Paneer Kulcha and they were very crisp and the filling was perfect. Do come here and you will enjoy both the ambience and delicious food.
