Chennai to Ramnad I booked ticket. They told Van will come and pick up at Egmore. Last minute they will asked you to come to kilambakkam bus stand. Before reaching kilambikkam itself He told bus is getting late and we are going.worst Behaviour of driver Madhu chandran and Balakrishnan.it was one of the worst day in life. I advise please Don't book tickets with MJT if u want to reach your destination peacefully. Money waste, time waste, only mental suffering is there. It's not Mjt travels.it's Manaulaichal travels.

Totally unsatisfied with the journey with no pillows, no water bottle very noisy as the ac outdoor was next to my seat.so it's not worth for the money pls don't book this bus.

If you are unable to offboard the passenger, don't board them by providing the wrong commitment. Boarded bus on 10 PM form have committed to take off by 11 PM but they didn't take off. Actual take off time was at 2 pm and reached Perungalathur by 7.10 AM. They dropped me Perungalathur instead of Tambaram. Poor service.

Worst service on keeping up time. They stopped at Pudukkottai for 1 hr and at Trichy for 30 mins. Very worst staff behaviour. Never plan to travel in MJT Travels.

As a women I experienced very worst experience traveling in MJT. I stand alone in shollinganallur foe more than 45 minutes pickup van is very late worst cleanliness no AC in van but they charged for AC I book bus for 10.30 van came by 11.15 they again stopped van in Thambaram sanatorium very unsafe place I was so feared throughout my journey bus came by 12.35 there then only I started entering there I neverever book this bus again please don't book and get bad experience.

Worst travels not even following timing they started mini bus at 9.25 pm for my travel my bus timing is 10.00 thay called me and said time change and asked me to come one hour early but the bus came by 25 mins late. I booked AC bus but finally they stopped van at 11.30 neat Thambaram sanatorium and bus came by midnight 12.00 please don't book this bus not safety for women passengers very rude driver and conductor also worst choose if you are booking a bus.

Late by 1.30 hours not puntual and very Rudy conductor and driver. Very headweight. Not customer focused only money focused price also too high.

Look the time is 12.09 i am 23 age women. It's really very scary to be here bus is very late and van has no AC driver is very rude sleepless night I booked bus for 10.00 still I am not boarded waste travels MJT.

Worst service. I have booked Chennai to Coimbatore with this bus service. They had sent details with bus no NL 01 B 1444. The boarding point was chrompet but they didn't pickup there. And they asked to come to Tambaram and again they didn't call to pick me up. Then went to Perungulathur to board the bus. Never book this service.

Very worst and bad experience. Plz dnt waste ur money and time with ths stupid travels. My bus timing is 7: 20am but the driver told me to come before 10mins but the bus came at 8: 30. While i called driver he said that he is perungalathur, though the time is up he is calling for extra passenger for empty seats. I had paid Rs. 1900 for Chennai to Coimbatore. While booking the bus timing 8hrs Chen-Cbe, i hav to reach airport at 3: 30pm but the bus will reach at 4: 30pm. So i cancelled the bus, but my amount also not refunded, date change option also not applicable at that time. Poor service.

Very very worst bus service. Bus it's not cleaned. The Driver couldn't care about passanger situation. Simply says he is 1st number Kirukku Punda.

Met with a accident within 2 hrs after boarding worst driving by the driver. Look after the safety of the passenger atleast right after. Thank got we got lucky.

I travelled from Chennai to Dindigul via vanpickup option, the van driver was drunk and made accident.

I travelled that trichy to chennai (medavakkam) bus no: NL01B1220 travels name is MJT my dropping point is medavakkam but that driver rajkumar says didn't come to medavakkam drop and she told tambaram drop i have lost of my time that driver & cleaner talking very rudely very very cheapest service for mjt travels and i have file in case for court

Irresponsible workers, harsh behaviour with old people, helper of the bus was smoking inside the bus and was using abusing words with customers

I booked a ticked for my father who is 71 years old on 24th nov 2022 from Aundipati to Chennai. Very worst staff behaviour treated senior citizens very bad manner by words too.

Devakottai to chennai bus departure and arrival on time.toilet facility also available and AC is working fine.had a nice experience.

Very worst travels. Pls don't spoil ur journey and money by choosing this. No hygiene bedspreads. They didn't even wash that. Broken doors, No water in toilet. U feel govt bus is so good once u travel with this MJT.

The bus which started at 2.45 PM at trichy, reached vandalur at 9.45 PM. The drivers stopped after 4 hours in a non-veg restaurant. The drivers could not care less despite request.

Worst bus traveling experience ever.
Wait lot more than 2 hrs to fill the seats took money before we get in to bus.not keeping up time for urgent traveling pls don't travel at this bus.

Driver and other corresponding people of the AC bus from Bodi to Chennai are so, do rude and they are treating passengers in a very bad manner as we are travelling free. There is no politeness and not responsive as well.
The basic facilities on ac bus such as providing blankets are all missing.
I travelled on MJT buses from Kumbakonam to Chennai many times but i have not this worst experience as I got in the Bodi route. I won't prefer MJT anymore

Now at 1240AM, the bus stopped at Trichy to fill the unfilled seats. The people are discussing a lot louder and it irritates the regular passengers. People who travel here are executives and business professionals who needs a good night sleep. Very worst.

Simply worst, Seats are so Ugly, Unwashable pillow, some one split pan in window shittt they didnt clean

This is the worst travels I have been to so pls don't go in mjt travels they will tell the TV works in website but there is nothing and I have got 1 box and they charged me 1000 ruppes for the box the value in it itself is less than 500 ruppesthey told they will reach early to koyembedu bus stand I went 3 hours late and had to miss my flight to Dubai pls don't go you will regret it

This freaking bus had its charger fused and the passengers could not charge their phones, laptops. Found it very difficult. Such a horrible bus! Highly not recommended! They charged Rs. 1230 for this horrific experience.

Very worst experience with MJT Travels, worst crew in the market, non functional toilet personally I recommend not to travel with them especially ladies. I can't post this without giving a star if it is possible I would rate them -5 stars

I have never experienced such worst travel.
Departing time was 11 o clock but bus arrived at 1 and while traveling three times tired punctured and worst part driver left the bus abruptly and another driver came to continue it and icing of the cake tire bursted with huge sound where lower birth bursted with the seats. I have no idea how your company send a bus like this with no concern about the passengers and inside it's very unclean and unhygienic where white bedsheets are brown and entirely covered with fungus. To be true a AC bud, a bus which has small tiny timid fans on the passenges head. Sundara travels kind of bus and you charge 2500 for two. I could have walked by the time and one of my learning about your bus is to travel with the known travellers

No time management, asking extra than price, demanding and behavioirs are not good. I travelled from trichy to Chennai for rs1350. There is no cleanliness.

I booked mjt bus by seeing good reviews from bodi to chennai and I had more expectations but reality is worst.
They didn't provide water bottle, pillow and no entertainment system. Bed comfort is not well. No water in bathroom and worst hygiene,
Over shaking and no reststop. In my personal I won't suggest this bus.

Is this my job to give money and also clean the ac water which is leaking all over my place.
I have informed the driver nd helper nd they have not taken a step to see it.

Service is worst.am travelled 26.04.22 day time.they had stop the bus in trichy for 3 hrs for 3 seats not filled.all passengers are angry and they move from the placei. My boarding time is 11.30 from dindigul.and I move from trichy at 3.0 clock.very bad experience.

Passengers were asking to reach destination before night curfew but staff were least bothered stopping at hotel when we had still 80kms to reach destination & only 45 minutes left for curfew.

Scheduled arrival at destination was 8.00pm

My First worst experience ever AC SLEEPER. Tv Not working, blanket and bedsheets dirty. Damage Curtains, not working reading light. Don't book this bus MJT TRAVELS. HIGHLY DON'T BOOK

Ac Bus is good, Non Ac bus, the seat are damaged. In Ac bus you will have rest room attached. Will recommend for AC buses only.

Good travels that comfort the customers with their quality bus but one humble request to you that the drivers from thisaiyanvilai to chennai are so arrogant with many customers, they don't open the luggage box till the customer ask. When we drop our luggage in the luggage box and came to the door to enter into the bus the driver asked that till now what are you doing. Is the way the driver will ask to the customer. I am also a owner of a Supermarket but I didn't expect this type of words from MJT travels drivers. I think you will consider my humble request.thank you.on 12/06/2021.

Worst Experience, I booked the ticket via paytm and on the day of travel Bus was cancelled while I still did not get refund even after 2 weeks. I still dont understand why for a refund they are taking so much time, ideally when a bus is cancelled, immediate refund has to be initiated. I feel they are providing refund only to those who request for it, even that there is so much delay. Never faced this with any of the operators earliers

Very very worst experience ever with MJT Travles my bus was cancelled still showing that i am in the bus sdid not updated in the app. Worst behaviour in travels. Simply cancelling the bus every day dont try MJT travles. Redbus should remove MJT Travles from the site. I called the travles and asked why the bus was cancelled they are teasing and sing song and insulted me raising an complaint among them in redbus support

Driver some body given home drop vehicle number NL01B1235 date-21-01-2021 trip start from pollichai to koyambedu untested of 1 lady passenger drop to vadapalani interior. I asked to driver he is not feeling well so he is dropped its correct.

Pathetic customer service. Crew left my sister without boarding her. She was traveling alone near midnight. Repeated requests asking for the bus to wait so she could catch up in a private vehicle were denied. Women travelers and parents booking for their girl children, please beware of booking MJT, no guarantee for your safe boarding with MJT. Will never prefer MJT hereafter and recommend women travellers in the interest of safety to refrain from choosing MJT.

Utter waste bus, driver behaves in a worst manner. They do not stop the bus in between for a dinner break or a tea break. Toilet is so unclean, no water to use and has a bad smell. In total had a very bad experience during my travel. I will never opt to travel in this bus eventhough they offer ticket for free. MJT Sucks!

But they are not checking temperature of passengers which is more riskier in this situation pls maintain that.
