Ola Experience Centre - Electric Scooter Showroom in Porur, Chennai

Experience was too pathetic beacuse the person over there does not now how to deal with a customer I think his designation is sales executive, but he doesn't knows the basics of how to speak with a customer while I was talking with him another customer was also there and they are also facing a problem and there was some problem with the other customer and the executive. He is showing me his attitude and while I was explaining my problem he doesn't even care to hear me out and he is asking that give answer to his question only and speaking like he had paid for the ola scooter which I am using
First time facing such a poor attitude from an old executive
He doesn't know how to behave, treat, how to communicate also I don't know how he was appointed there and other thing is that while asking him weather he offered the customer a seat or not he is saying that it's not a big problem.

Also other thing is that he is insisting me to take the vehicle to another service center then what is the purpose of that service centre

Worst scooty booking experience.avoid purchasing at all.try ather or other scooties, their service is great
