I have used the cab for 3 days. I must say the most trustworthy people. No nonsense. The drivers are really honest.

Prompt Tours suggested me Coorg and arranged everything to perfect. Driver was experienced and didn't face any issues during my trip and stay.

I have done booking twice and it was very disappointment not maintaining punctuality by drivers and no proper communication while commencing the trip. Worst part is some drivers doesn't recharge their mobile for checking GPS or not picking up the call

Driver Bivin is a very good person.very well mannered & well behaved.soft spoken, calm & composed.vehicle condition was very good. AC was chilled.innova crysta we had hired.it was a smooth journey with prompt t&t.will book again next time we visit chennai.

Their services are good and they are providing in time services. Drivers are also friendly. Had a good experience, will definitely suggest this travels.

Tour was neatly organised. Mr. Ramnath and another tour operator took strains to keep the passengers in comfort zone. Peak resort rooms are good. They have to concentrate in food. Out of 5 vehicles, one vehicle is smokey. Drivers are experienced. Overall, Prompt tour is prompt, neat and good.

The entire tour was amazing and we had a very good experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had good quality food and an experienced friendly driver. My family enjoyed the trip to the fullest. I personally thank Prompt tours and travels for providing us with their best services not leaving a space to compliant. The company has kept up its word as it name stands for. Thank you PTT.

I have opted for prompt travels for my trip to kodai and madurai. The trip was planned well and the itinerary was shared upfront for me to to compare and make decision. It was a smooth trip and the driver who accompanied us for the entire 5 days was accomodative and professional. Overall it was a nice and memorable experience we had in the trip and i recommend prompt for the service and professionalism.

Prompt is really prompt at service!
I had opted their service for my year end trip to Karnataka. The driver who accompanied us was very kind and caring. Not to forget to mention their itinerary, the planning was awesome.

We booked a round trip for 3 different vehicles for a company corporate event and while everything was executed smoothly, we had a bad experience with their management.

Firstly, the management was absolutely rude every time we reached out to them. They are ill-mannered and do not know how to treat customers.

Before even completing our trip, they pestered us for payment, not allowing us a chance to our run our processes. Their executive made a call every 10 mins while we were travelling asking for payment and even after giving them a timeline for realising the payment Their owner/manager calls us and speaks ill-mannered to us like we are not going to pay.

Please note: we did not deny paying Prompt travels. We only request time to process the payment and ensure the payment will be released on the same day!

This is not the right way to speak to your customers and pester them. There are appropriate channels to go through in order to communicate your demand. But disrespecting someone, speaking ill-mannered and going to the extent of harassing them on calls is not the way to conduct business transactions.

Very irresponsible people.

Called and reminded 3-4 times for the complete package details, but there was no response from them.

I would advise you to look for some other tour and travel partners.
