Worst service and no proper response from support personnel. If you are not to complete service with less resource and space then please don't accept vehicle.

Need to wait for 45 mins to bring vehicle down after payment. No proper response from the support personnel.

Seems they are cleaning vehicle after making payment then why msg has been sent on job completion 4hrs before.

Better to take your vehicle at someother service center.

On of the worst two wheeler service experience here

Scooty pep purchased last September.

Second service onwards oil is leaking. We complaint in second sevice itself not rectified.

After one week again they doing some jobs not rectified

Again today we given for service they told oring problem we replaced like that

After 10 kms running that side box automatically removed from vehicle.
Gone the trust from MG Motors

Good Response by sales team, if this response continues even after sales it's well & good for both customer & retail outlet, some of the customers are saying service is not good in reviews, I have taken delivery of bike successfully but after reading the service reviews done in MG motors its little bit embarrassing to me, bcoz after sales service is very important in any brand two wheeler segment, in the hope tvs won't let the customers down in service segment I am giving 5 star, definitely tvs company should concentrate more on service side customer satisfaction, which will definitely take tvs company to a leading company among the growing competitors in forthcoming year.

One of the worst service and customer dealing ever. Done all services as per request and schedule still their approch is unacceptable, receptionist never care for customers time, makeing one to wait for more than a hour, and about the maintenance part, no words, hope they will improve their maintenance quality of work.

Worst service/ Not geniune / Worst response. Vehicles picking advisors motivation is to replace all the parts if you complaining your bike. Not even listen us what was the issue to fix. After the covid they forcing us to replace the batteries when I report my bike has self-starter issues, but I checked my battery conditions Outside service center they said it is in good condition as well need to charged the battery then it will work.
MG TVS owner please don't ask me to sent mail. Please concentrate your service center and it activities'

Worst customer support. The sales executives will behave like they are offering us a free bike.
They wont have time to explain about the bike features also. If this goes on many customer won't trust TVS products

It's truly a bad place to buy a vehicle. They won't clarify invoice in a proper way. The people just go around talking to themselves while customer has to figure out where to get the bill and when we will get the registration plate. Very bad experience.never buy vehicles from there.

Pep mat is not fixed properly (after bumper fits, mat is covered so any one can take it from bike) and side stand buzzer is not attached. Very bad service. Even in your delivery list my name was not there on Friday for delivery and spend 1.45 hrs also recieved bad service even in delivery. I never expected this from mg motors.

Without attaching side stand buzzer your mechanic saying attached. Then I asked him to show finally saying missed it and will attach it along with number plate. Mat is also just placed after bumper fits. Usually in top of mat bumper should be screwed.

There is no professional ethics and custom satisfaction here.

Visited for vehicle service. Even we have free service, At very first point they will say it is a paid service and cornering us to take AMC which is off no use for a periodical user and price is very high

Denied my free service. No customer satisfaction. Without servicing, fixing a price for vechicle service, which is really high for a new vehicle. Customer are ready to pay money for the service which they are offering but it need to be reasonable. Disappointed with the service.

I just went there to enquire about vehicles. Good courteous service. Once I serviced old Star city bike. Did their job well. A leading TVS bike dealer.

I bought a jupiter here back in 2016. Other than some minor drawbacks, the vehicle as such did not experience any problem as of now with 25k plus km run. The service will be good. I would prefer a better customer experience in service of the vehicle as on daily basis one can expect a lot of customers coming for their vehicle service and with a lesser number of attendees it takes much more time to inspect and send back it to service. Service wise you can expect the bike in the evening if you leave it in the morning. Since I'm not an expert in vehicles I cannot explain much about how the vehicle behaves mechanically after service. But aesthetically speaking they'll make your vehicle seem like a new one!

My name is R Gowrishankar from chromept and I have given my vehicle for service today. I have called around 6 pm and confirmed my vehicle is ready. But after I have waited around 1 hour and 15 minutes to take my vehicle. I never expected this type of worst service and response give by service center.
Totally very bad experience in MG tvs chromept on 8/02/2020.

I gave my bike for service today.after reaching home i saw that engine oil drain screw was loose and the oil ware leaking.and the water ware get in to speedometer and headlight.very worst service and the mechanical in invoice is ramajayam mg tvs sanatorium.please don't give your bike hear.very worst. My day become bad after receiving bike.no respect to customer.worst

Please Dont buy or service Your bike in this showroom.
Employees give false promise and service quality is poor. For Example, Service man damaged by scooter during service but service manager refusing to repair my new bike. Mgr asking do u have written statement reg the damage. This was never informed to us. Service manager response is utter waste of time. Dear Tvs customers think twice bef going to this showroom. Thank u Honest experience

Its my worst experience.i have ever seen worst service like this before. Whatever the compliants mentioned, remains same after the service. I went next day to report it. Again they filed the jobcard and asked me to come after two days.even after days, the compalints remains same. Really Waste of Time and Waste of Money, No correct response from Staff.

TVS Authorised service center, providing general service to tvs bikes, bike insurence, spare parts are available here. They also provide AMC for TVS Bikes.

Tried them for my 2 wheeler service. WORST EXPERIENCE, never gonna give it to them again. They try to loot money by wrong guidance and extra charges with manipulated service cost. Don't trust them.

I was called stating the bike was ready for delivery.
Unfortunately the side Lamp has to be replaced and not ready.

Repenting to have chosen MG Motors. Not an experience that I can comment on my very first service.delay in delivery by couple of hours, not having addressed basic issues that were reported, wax coat request was unfulfilled. Long wait time to take delivery. Go for TVS MG Motors only if you have no other option.

We had a very bad experience in MG motors. We selected a scooter (with engine and chassis number) and paid full money. They are no delivering the scooter on time which they committed. Also we are not getting proper response from them.

Worst dealer to get your vehicle serviced. Ramkay was good but even after the service my vehicle braking is not working as expected.

No idea what they do in services.

Don't go there.

They are spoiling the TVS brand name.

Time management and response to customer is worst.

Good service quality of bikes. Not on-time delivery of serviced bikes.sometimes need to wait for more than 2 hours. But servicing quality is good. And if you gave for 5 problems, they will work and fix only for 4 problems.

I'm working as a quality head in Daimler. I'm a corporate official. I'm highly disappointed from TVs motors.especially TVS dealer (
Tambaram Sanatorium, No. 15, Chennai - Theni Hwy, OPP TB Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600047)

They are cheating and untrustful. I have given my Apache 200 bike 2 months back and during service they broken hear light doom and the service manager agreed to change as FOC.after repeated followups they called me yesterday and I kept bike there for service.and given time as 7 pm on that day.
When I came next day 12 pm the bike was still unattended and they are refusing to show me the job card.this type of situation happening offenly to.
Customer are not happy with them.they are not adhering the time which they are giving.
Very very worst.
I will be escalating it in social media.

I've got AMC from this MG Motors. Services will be great.
3 star because of their fake promises and following up with customer. Since Since I've AMC, there's 1 free pickup and drop service available for my vehicle. Been requested them for more than 2weeks but nothing happened. Finally I went and gave for service. After that I'm receiving a call for pickup/drop service.

Honestly, There isn't a worse service center than this. Zero co-ordination.very poor communication between the reception, pick up boys and service team. They'll call you multiple times to get your vehicle serviced, even after you have booked your vehicle's pick up with them. But at the end, they'll still not pick up your vehicle on that date. Wish TVS would open another service center in this circle.

Fully satisfied with the service right from picking up the vehicle on the day of delivery. After sale service is also satisfactory. Very prompt in sending SMS about the service date. No complaint so far.

The response of your employees to the customer is very poor. My vehicle was met with an accident and i left in the service center on JULY 3 still i did not receive my vehicle.i have been calling your service people for past 20 days and one of your employee said that i would receive my vehicle on JULY 27 but still they are did not repair my vehicle.one week back they gave me the worst response that we have failed to order some parts Is this the response you give to your customer for the vehicle that have been parked in your premises for 48 days?

I had worst experience yesterday during my Jupiter first free service.the vehicle was full of dust they just changed the oil and water washed.
They didn't even clean the vehicle properly.then I asked the cleaning boy to clean all the dust particles. I have decided to give th vehicle to local mechanic for the next free services. I know the service is paid by TVS but I never expect such attitude from MG (dealer)

One of worst show room I have seen in my life. On 2nd March 2019. I bought TVS Jupiter ZX from MG MOTORS. Till now I have visited more than 8 times. Two times fr regular service. From beginning itself some sound was coming from meter. Their service team took 4 days to get it rectified. After that I was facing self start problem. For this I visited MG service center.they told me that it's not a big problem.u r using less that's why u facing that problem.on 26th July 2019 again I visited service regarding self start problem. I met service manager, he told me that battery having some issue so we have to change it. The manager told me that it would take 3 4 days.now already 8 days passed not getting any response from service center. No my sincere request from people who r thinking to buy any product from TVS don't go fr it. U have so many choices in the market.however If u want to buy then go to other showroom.atlest u will get good service.three other friends are also facing same battery issue.

Extremely slower in all the things, services delivery, customer relationship, response for queries, even what's else to add I'm wondering. Because list goes infinite. Their dealer manager is sensible but rest all the people lag in all the parameters which a sales person to posses.

Can't give a thumps up for service.

Sales team is good. But, can't say any good for service team.

On my bike's first service,

1. Engine oil cap wasn't properly fixed and I'm unable to notice it for few days.

2. They missed to take proper care for SBT, I later manually fixed it my self with the help of owner's manual.

3. Clutch become bad after service.

No good communication within themselves, they missed to charge for an add-on service that I opted for and called me a week later after delivery and informed about the bill. ‍️

Very poor customer service on sales booked a vehicle in tvs carnival commitee to deliver in a week time. But no response even after 7 days and all these dats I myself had been calling for follow up.

Staying manager Madhan is leave for two days and staff is leave for a day they are dragging things. One of the worse experience I have had.

They made me feel like, why I have taken AMC for my Jupiter vehicle.

Because, till I opt my AMC I was getting reminder for services, once service completion call and feedback calls ect.

But after I purchase AMC, all the intimation were stopped.

Delayed in delivering the service, no proper response, during service.

I don't know whether I will get the proper service back post this review.

We recently purchased TVS NTORQ from mg motors. Before our first service our vehicle was troublefree, but after our first service we started having starting trouble. The problem was attended by one of your employees but again we're getting the same trouble 2-3 times. Very poor service. No trained staffs at all.

Hi.this showroom needs to be learn basics. For me. I took one jupiter vehicle in full cash without any offers or discounts provided by this showroom.considering the only distance i chosen this showroom.after registration they pasted a wrong number i/o correct one allocated to my vehicle. While getting my rc book only i came to know that they pasted an wrong one than actual number.u ppl need to think about market situation. Just correc urself. How strict your self on selling the vehicles without any offers to customers the same way ur service needs to be there. This is not a small issue which should coming under legal part.so please be take care of this and don't repeat this in future.

Very worst service.my Jupiter got accident for repair and free service I left my vehicle in mg motors nearly 15 days they didn't touch my vehicle.after complaining to tvs crm only they ordered parts and delivered my vehicle few days later.while delivery also they didn't do any water wash just using some liquid they sprayed and cleaned but it's very worst.see the photos of my vehicle
