I went show room, there is no response for the sales team, some one told me to wait sales person will come.
I am waiting long period no one come. I am leave from there.
When I call website contact number more than 10 times, no bodies attend phone.

Once we are done with the delivery they will not respond! Especially the service persons will speak lethogically very bad experience with this showroom.

Sine zero star non available I rate it as 1 star. Worst customer service right from purchase, sales, service to parts. As our lunch hour is from 1 to 2 we use this time to enquire the parts details. When I went at 1.30pm no one gave me proper response. Finally they said go to parts but no one there. Even two female Receptionist gave irregular response. No one bother what part I need. So in lunch hour make sure atleast one responsible person in service and parts. Only in sales almost every one were there. So TVS aim is to sell the bike not to satisfy their customer after sales. If good Mangement in the sense should take action.

Very worst service, they charge labour Rs. 700+oil 350 total 1050+tax, without doing water wash they charged 120+tax, had to fight for it even then they did not do the water wash. If there is a negative rating I would give -8 for their work. For this kind of work, they voluntarily call customers every week and do such kind of service I took my bike for serive on 12.4.2021 and get it 13.4.21 at about 1.10pm

Regularly i gave service there only.service is no issue.there service time is 8am to 8pm but today i went to there at 8: 15am. The advicor came at 9: 15 only.

Very poor service. They make more mistakes and don't rectifies it. Even a incharge says he is the GM of the company, thinking that we are fool. If this message is really noted by the real authority please make me to get a chance to meet you to give a brief problems that your people do. It will degrade your company's reputation. It's not a joke.

I have worst experience in your service. There was no timely delivery even 5 days after payment. When everybody is coming for door step services in all the sector, we need to contact for each and everything like registration date, number plates, RC Book, etc but even no response. Till date I could not get RC after one month of registration. It reflects that there is no proper coordination between you and RTO. After our call, simply we were told 2 weeks back RC is received but nobody informed. I want to make this issue and seek explanation for this poor service from the beginning. I strongly point out that your service is worst ever seen in my life.

Worst ever showroom ever! Bought TVS Ntorq at the end of February 2019. Didn’t receive my RC and documents till date. They will not care about you after purchasing the vehicle. Till you pay the amount they will call and talk nicely. But when you settle the amount they won’t even care. Felt very disappointed on the delivery day as no one came forward to give the vehicle. Once you give the full amount you will be finished! Please don’t even step into this showroom even for service. You won’t be respected or treated good.

Good customer service and good bike service. Customer handling is good and issue resolving is good. I prefer this showroom for service related. I have no idea about sales. My favourite showroom in cbe.

Don't lose him for Any Cost.

Most cost for service and spare parts, if you came with repair in your bike not find out the issue to solve that repair, alternatively they change the whole part of that spare. They are not isolated the problem their target is only sale the spare parts. It is the main motivation of his revolution.

When you go to their showroom to buy vehicle their service is good.but after that i found out that their service is so bad.its been a month since i have given the vehicle for service.they dont attend their phones to answer.such a worst experience.
