Visiit - Best Holiday, Honeymoon & Tour Packages

While searching for different travel agencies, Got a chance to find Visiit travels. We booked Thailand package for 5N/6D. Mr. Sathish gave us better idea about choosing destinations and brought the best deal for us. They helped to customize the itinerary based on our requirements. The provided contacts were easily reachable. The trip went on well as organized! Thanks to Mr. Sathish and Visiit travels. It was a memorable trip.

Visiit is one of the best travel agency in India. I have been taking regular service from Vissit. In 2017 they well organised my Singapore package and recently in 2023 Dubai package was customised for me. They are promt in their services. I would certainly preferred and suggest everyone to consider Vissit for their any travel need over big names. Special thanks to Mr. Sathish for his support during my entire tour.

One word review: ' Punctual ' in Singapore land activities.
After reaching Singapore Ground staff of this agent in Singapore was punctual from the airport pick up to all other SIC pickup.information about the pickup deliverd in WhatsApp. The driver arrived my hotel pickup as exactly as mentioned in WhatsApp. Impressed with the organisation team.
I had the best time. Their services was top notch. Never felt discomfort.

Amazing experience! We went to Thiruvannamalai with family and driver (Mr Vignesh) was very kind and cooperative. Cost was also reasonable. Overall cherishable trip!

I booked a trip to Singapore, Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur through VISIIT. The tour was from Feb 4th to Feb 12th 2020. Ms. Agila was our Point Of Contact. She made sure all arrangements are done to perfection. She accommodated most of my request and devised the Itinerary. Pick up and drop at all places was spot on. Rooms were lovely (They accommodated the rooms I asked for). They give you multiple attractions to select from. They create Whatsapp group (Ms. Deepika was the whatsapp Point Of Contact) before travel and stay connected with you throughout your travel. They are so reachable from any place at any time. Will surely plan my next travel with them and will recommend them to others as well.

The trip overall was quite good and satisfying considering it was a sudden decision.

Being a Mumbaikar it was abnormal to take a service from Chennai but the response of Mr. Sooriya to our query was faster. It was riskier for us to take service from unknown brand but they had succeeded to take us at faith by assuring good services and giving satisfactory authenticity; though there were minor hiccups due to miscommunications but They provided a feedback oriented services, where they actively and sportingly took criticism and immediately tried to rectify it. What’s app group created by visiit for our trip became very helpful & useful.
We were slightly disappointed as there was no arrangements made to freshen up after an overnight journey from
india to Thailand. Our hotel check in time was at late afternoon. The driver assigned for the first day was not properly informed about our itinerary for that day but it was also fixed thereafter by local Thailand Tour co ordinator Mr. Dinesh.

All in all, the trip was Enjoyable considering that it was not pre planned well in advance.

Last week I sent my parents on a trip to Srilanka. They had the best time ever. Mr Guru the trip adviser was very very patient and helpful in giving all the details even though i repeatedly asked him for different dates and Itinaries. My parents told me that the accomodation was very good and all the arrangements were very well done.

We wanted a trip to North India and the team immediately took interest to our request. They Coordinated very smoothly. They do listen to our request for hotel bookings and our budgets. In April 2019 self & family wanted to go to Singapore on a vacation and were looking for a travel company who would make our vacation a memorable one as it was our first international trip. We approached Yatra, Make my trip and few others along with Visit. We had our itenary and commercials with all the companies. Initially was a bit hesitant to go ahead with Visiit holidays however the comfort level given by Ms. Agila and Mr. Surya actually made us consider Visiit holidays. Their review was also quiet satisfactory. Their commercial was quiet competitive and the itenary was customisable. I changed my itenary thrice and they happily changed. I also wanted a four star hotel and wanted big size room with in my budget also. Ms. Agila and Surya helped me in getting what I want and that too in my budget. The entire process was very smooth. They also created a ways up group during my trip and every thing was well managed to avoid any hassel. It was a real great and memorable trip and we cherished each and every moment we spent there. They are very much professional organised n help u to accommodate the best package within your budget. They are also very responsive n cooperative. 1. The Travel Executive, Mr. RajaGuru was very helpful and supportive, his inputs helped me finalise my travel location and plan the itinerary well.
He also called me daily while I was on the tour to check if everything is fine and if we were facing any problems on the tour regarding the driver, hotel stay and transport facilities.
I wish him all success in his career and pray the best for his future ahead!

2. The Driver.he drove us well and was on time as per instructions. However, he needs to be a little more receptive, warm.for e.g. If I called him and asked him about where he has reached.there would just be silence at the other end and I would'nt know if he heard me right or what to understand from this. He needs to atleast acknowledge the call and answer in yes or no or whatever. Please train the driver accordingly, otherwise he was good at his work.

3. The Hotel.the 1st hotel (Delhi) was not at all good (Sohi Residency), the entry, the Receptionist, the service levels and ambience. Though our room was comfortable, nothing to complain, only thing is the lobby area was congested and not a good feel on entering the hotel, its too cramped up. Also the receptionist seemed very cold and not a welcoming one to the guests. The receptionist needs some training in basic etiquettes, such as welcoming the guests with a smile or a greeting, being warm.

4. The Retreat. 2nd Hotel at Agra.was good and professional.nothing to complain.

Its our 13-day tour covered Arru Padai Veddu, Srirangam Temple, Ucchi Pillayar Temple, Meenakshi Amman Temple, Ramanathasamy Temple, Abdul Kalam Memorial Hall, Brihadisvara Temple, Adi Kumbeswarar Temple, Sri Garbarakshambigai Temple, Shridi, Srikalahasteeswara Temple, Thirupathi and Padmavathi Temple. I found the service and response of this travel agency are excellent especially the tour provider Agiladevi, easily 5-stars rate for her work where my emails were promptly responded and she managed to arrange my customize tour plan with affordable package cheaper rate compare to other tour agency. She also even call me everyday to get update in my 13- days tour. Same goes to our tour driver PA Vijay such an enjoyable and helpful character that I dint find in any of my previous tour vacation. He got us everywhere we needed to go in a safe and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Visiit services to anyone from Malaysia who looking for a great travel experience!
