The Best eye hospital. I was suffering since 1week with an eye problem and was searching for best hospitals. Dr Qutubuddin sir is very knowledgeable he diagnosed me in a snap and treated me with utmost care. I’m very thankful to you sir. I would definitely suggest to the person who is reading this.

Too commercial. The sales lady's first question is if we have insurance or not. Even with insurance, they suggest lenses which are way too expensive and for which you'll have to pay additional cost as insurance doesn't cover it all.
Had little bad experience with reception staff Mr Manager guided well and other staff was good in receiving reception staff need to be trained for body language and how to behave with visitors they do no get proper info from HO on offers of visitors

Proper guided procedure is adopted. However, medicines from pharmacy should offer 15-20% discount-concessions in line with other major pharmacy outlets
Not at all satisfied with ur service. Staff is not at all disciplined. No clarity to communicate with the patients about there problems. Maybe staff is good but managerial experience is less to the person who is managing the hospital. Doctors must talk to the patients and explain the problem if any. Some discipline must be there in the hospital.
Excellent diagnosis, professional and and polite treatment. One suggestion: May be the hospital should be able to afford a simple file for non-surgical patients as well. It may save money to give prescription in an envelope which costs Re. 1/-, as was done in my case, but a file which should not cost more than Rs. 10/- would serve as a reminder for future visits and also be helpful to sustain a relationship besides preserving records, if any, like other good hospitals.
Entry Fee- ₹300 Doctors are very friendly nature towards the patient. -Seating arrangement was nice. -Inside the hospital Medical shop & Optical shop also available.
-At the entrance there is a Reception desk, So first you have to fill the form pay the entry fee ₹300 Then you will gone through the eye check up & later you will meet to the doctor
My Mother went for a cataract surgery in this hospital. Dr. Latha was so cooperative and nice to my mother. She is too good and even the staff is so polite and nice. Thank you so much.
Such a waste hospital, no proper eye check up, doctor written one eye drop but didn't inform when and how many times have to use, no proper information shared with me regarding my eyes issue. Online payments are acceptable, credit card and debit card also acceptable. Please keep a good doctor don't play with people's eyes.
Myself Dr. Manoj Khivsare from Mumbai was operated for cataract by Dr. V Latha. She is extremely efficient and professional in her work. The entire staff was humble and cooperative. I thank all for their excellent services.
Worst place to go.they charged me 300 rupees for sight checkup and that too they didn’t mention cylindrical power in that! They put eye drops to blind me and didn’t ask for my consent before doing so! I had a hard time going back home too! It’s a ripoff! Save your lives and your eyes and never visit this place!
Wait time is less than 15 mins. The service is really good. The staff is wearing PPE kits & there are people sanitizing all surfaces. The consultation fee is 300Rs which is very affordable. Overall, had a good experience.
Entire staff is very courteous & cordial right from the reception to the optometrists. The hospital is very well maintained. Recently we have visited hospital for my mothers cataract surgery and It went very smooth and I found the entire staff, counceller Afroz, OT staff Suguna are very helpful and professional throughout the complete procedure. The hospital is well maintained and it has excellent equipment. Overall my assessment is hundred percent and I feel rating can taken at sky height. We reached hospital around 6pm after checking the availability before coming. After reaching the hospital receptionist didn't even inform availability of doctor and made us sit more than an hour. Why can't you let us know before if doctor comes late or not available. We can have our plan. After checking she told doctor will in 5 mins and she came another 15mins. Why don't you value others time?
A Very good Eye Hospital. Friendly staff and doctors. Other than normal eye checkup’s they also do Eye operation like lasik, diabetic retinopathy and more. Best hospital to consult any eye related issues.
Another corporate style money making franchisee. Support staff are not customer friendly. 1. Stepped in (have a web appointment) - asked me to fill the form again, I filled, next you know what. 2. Asked for 300Rs payment (not requested) - paid - NO RECEIPT 3. Went thru screening from room to room to Dr.cabin - Perfect sequence - no comments - appreciate the way they handled. Dr.screening lasted 30sec or less (quiet disappointed, I was expecting some time to discuss about my habits/food/work and etc so that I can make changes to improve my vision) Just prescribed glasses and drops to soothe - Typical selling mechanism. 4. Got drops from Pharmacy (Rs. 358) 0 don't know the name the guy was good and customer friendly. 5. Went to reception - asked me to pay 358, gave 500 - asked for 10 which I gave and I got 150 back. So, Rs. 2 went to receptionist pocket, I would say the receptionist/cashier STOLE my Rs. 2 - she did not even have the courtesy to tell me that. FINALLY no bill/receipt. 6. I was asked to visit the eye-glasses store to choose my glasses - I did not make any effort to step in. I just walked out.
SO FINALLY - I paid 300+360 = Rs. 660 in cash and there is no receipt with me for the payment I made. I don;t have any questions, but I will never step back in nor recommend anyone else to visit.
Amazing service. Was postponing my Lasik for about 4 years now but the minute I stepped into Dr. Agarwal's, Himayatnagar, I felt incredibly comfortable and confident and went ahead with it. The service is fabulous. Everyone is extremely patient and they give you a very real picture of the whats and hows. Special thanks to Dr. Latha, for being so caring and patient! She's an awesome and kind person. I was treated with professionalism and care. I need to mention "Counsellor Malini" who guided me throughout the procedure and also offered me a good deal thank you mam. Lab Technicians are good and Optometrist I don't know her name (she's a Muslim) she cleared all my fears during optometric test and boosted me with confidence. Great service from reception and backend staff as well. The best part of everything was I arrived feeling super nervous and then walked out thinking, that’s it I’m done? Like these are our eyes how could we not be nervous! All I did was look at some lights and it felt like the doctor cleaned my eyes with the softest paintbrush you could imagine lol. And the sweetest thing is Dr. Latha was talking to me and boosting confidence during the surgery.woww it made me feel more comfortable and reduced my nervousness And that's it surgery is over! Previously i wrote a very disappointing comment about Agarwal hospital.by assuming that all these private hospitals are commercial and wrote costly medicine for patients they don't even worry about affordance of patient.but today when i again went to the same doc madam latha.she treated me very well and she opened my eyes about Agarwal organization.they asked my pro very clearly and treated with utmost respect and madam latha even gave me a medicine of free of cost as I'm not able to afford those medicine.really I'm very sorry for misunderstanding u madam.i hope u guys forgive me.thank u. I never saw this much of patient friendly doctor.

I had to visit your himayat ngr.centre on 10th jan. 2019 for my eyes test. The test was conducted by dr. V. Latha who advised me cataract. I was also advised to undergo the surgery at the earlest.i hesitantly prepared myself with fear and aprehension. The procedure was performed by Dr. V. Latha.it was amazing that there was no pain, swelling or itching afterwards and speaks of her real professional touch. The counseling by mrs.malini was pleasing and transparent. Hi, im meena whn icame to hospital it was very good and the dr latha has seen my mom the treatment was very good, after completion of eye check dr has said me to go counselling the counsellor was very short tempered has she talks very rudly im not comfortable with this kind of lady.pls check wat problem with that lady.
