India Awadh Hotel

It's a perfect place to stay in Lucknow. The rooms are very neat n clean, the room service is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I Appreciate Hotel India Awadh management please keep it up so that when any guest leaves the hotel he can come back along with new guests.

Myself and wife stayed for two days and there is more space for two more people. And room service was excellent, I loved amibents and amenities.

Worst service delivered.
Takes hours to deliver water to your room.
Took 2 hours to deliver food to my room.
There supervisior enterd the bride room using master key, without prior information.
Zero rating should be given.

Place is very nice. Hotel Interior is also impressive but there is some disappointment regarding something like - washroom tap, no towels provied etc.but overall experience is good

Facilitating staff responsive is pathetic. Rooms are ok but the maintenance is just too bad. Property from outside looks ok.

Very bad experience. Food was not cooked properly, the rice as half cooked. Feedback was given to the staff present there. Staff not courteous which was a surprise. Ambience and setup was poor. Cleanliness was not visible. Rooms had a peculiar smell which was unpleasant. All in all, a bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bar bar it is in basement of India Awadh hotel. Visit with friends and family for drinks as well as must try their chicken pizza. Parking is easily available and you can get a different variety of drinks as well as side snack.
A bit costly but it is Okey to visit and spend some time

Hotel is good. Hot water is not available in washroom and bathroom. South Indian dishes are not available in breakfast.

Such a bad experience it was for me. AC was not cooling, hot water provided in bucket, food quality was not good. No proper staff.

Sub par service experience.
ACs not working, the single staff present brushed off all calls regarding the issue with '10 min me chal jayega' from 3am in the night to 11 am in the morning.

Situated at sapru marg hazaratganj besides rohit bhavan.
Must taste chhola poodi infront of this building (15₹for 2 poodi).

It's a beautiful hotel with courteous staff. I had my Government job interview there.
Though we were not their actual client that day, But their hospitality was at par.

Good ambience. Ample space among tables in restaurant. Food is also delicious. Service needs to be improved.washrooms too need to be better maintained.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Right from the rooms, staff, comfort and food. Their buffet breakfast is an extremely special which needs to be explored on daily basis.

Everything was good. Except for the bed.everytime i changed sides while sleeping it made lots of noises and hampered my sleep.

Grand look even inside hotel and room too. Good hotel in sapur marg station and the rates are little high and it is ok in its range of hotel.my overall rating for this place is 8 points out of 10 points. And its is located at walkable distance from saharaganj mall. There is roof top restaurant and pub at bootom of the hotel is available And all leading food chains is avaialbe nearby such as Dominos, Pizzahut, subway and well know sweet shops and even Mr. Browny Bakery is also located at nearby this hotel. And it is very much on road side too. Even they provide space for functions / parties also.

Worst service, none of my services related issues get resolved. Very poor staff. Nothing goes on time.
I asked for a bottle of water and they take 45 mins to deliver the same.
Every one is busy in sleeping.

Not satisfied with service and facility the major problem I had faces is electricity whole day tripping electricity and infrastructure was also not good

Good food but worst housekeeping.they keep air conditioner off in lobby and restaurants. Housekeeping have nothing to do with the guest.even don't come to clean the room.

Not well maintained for 4star hotel. Services also poor. Insects in bathroom and flies in restaurant

Went for an exhibition there. The banquets felt like entering some royal court. Sheesh Mahal is pretty

Rude behavior in front office. Geneator never works. No customer care. Only they charge handsome room rent. And in exchange no facility.

Delayed Airport drop arranged by Hotel. Reception guy has nothing to clarify on that except cab is coming, Poor service. Reception guy Mr. Kaushik chewing tobacco in front of customer. What a service. Thanks

Best place in hart of city hazrat ganj with marrige arrangement hall and neat and clean hotel rooms.

Looks grand from outside and even the hall and all is really good. But the rooms were average, maintainanace of the rooms were missing.

The hotel is really nice and at the price you can find online the rooms seem better if not at par with the price category. The location of the property is quite nice and central to the city. The staff are supportive and there is sufficient parking at the premise. Oddly, the reception and lobby air conditioning is off presumably to cut cost which gives away the otherwise grandure of the hotel. If you want to stay in Lucknow and wish to be near restaurants and shopping centers with consideration to budget, this is a great place to be.

It was good stay with a feeling of retro look. Room was ok but i was given a faulty AC room but management change my room in midnight. AC were not very cool but pleasant. Food amount was bit less for the high prices. I stayed two days and rest all was pleasant.

A good place for small parties and family functions. Some times parking is issue here, over all good for small functions. Food is also good but be careful about hygiene cause once I found some thing crawling around serving utensils.

Please never ever stay in this hotel, the Ac's doesnt work at all. Even if you complain they will never solve issue. Staff is pathetic and rude doesn't know how to talk. Please dont waste your money and time in this hotel

Best place for corporate meeting's or workshop. Parking space is enough. Food is good great taste. Service is awesome. Room's are good too. Staff need to be smart.

Good location, decent food and nice set up, but faced regular issues with facilities like hot water and internet. Staff is well behaved but the service for anything is very slow.

We checked into a suite, which was clean, spacious and quite comfortable. Nice and welcoming staff, in room dining was delicious as we ordered grilled fish, white pasta, chicken tikka and a veggie pizza. Breakfast buffet was also good with a variety and mix of Indian and continental food. The skyline restaurant was extremely pathetic though, bad food and equally bad service. I wonder why isn't that restaurant at par and pace with the rest of the restaurants of the same hotel

Good hotel at a great location. Everything from property to staff is great. Rooms are spacious and clean with good ambience. Hotel encompasses a bar and an awesome restaurant. Facilities in the room are good. Recommended for both family and corporate travellers.
