Lemon Tree Hotel, East Delhi Mall

They were booked for my wedding. We had a terrible experience with their service and food during the wedding, which had barely 40 attendees. The dishes had not been thoroughly cleaned, and they were using steel bowls. We don't even use steel bowls for guests at home. I'm not sure where they got this notion. The lunch tasted terrible, and everyone complained about it. The DJ wasn't there, even though we paid a hefty sum of money for their services. The song was being played by a long audio clip. Throughout the entire wedding, the staff's incompetence and lack of professionalism were apparent. The food was appallingly bad. The decor was not finished as intended. Booking them for a wedding is not something I would advise, even though the floor manager was unpleasant and rude to us.

Buffet item selection very poor. Items are not available for more than 20 minutes. No choice in both veg and non-veg. Service is very poor. They don’t bother for customers complaints This is waste of money to go to this restaurant.

The rooms are average and the staff are not efficient, and the restaurant is very small, and the biggest problem is parking. You have to pay extra for parking

I recently had the pleasure of organising my friend's wedding at Lemon Tree, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We booked a total of 29 rooms for a three-day celebration, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a resounding success. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Naushad for their exceptional coordination and unwavering support throughout the entire process.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and displayed a level of hospitality that exceeded our expectations. Their warm and friendly demeanour made us feel right at home, and their attention to detail was simply outstanding. It's rare to find a team that is so dedicated and genuinely invested in the happiness and satisfaction of their guests.

I want to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Anjana, the decorator, whose artistic talent and creativity truly brought our wedding venue to life. The decorations were breathtaking, and every detail was meticulously executed. Mrs. Anjana's dedication and passion for her craft were evident in every corner of the venue, creating a magical ambiance that added to the overall charm of the celebration.

The rooms provided by the hotel were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Each room had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that our guests felt pampered and relaxed throughout their stay. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable cleanliness, and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The food served at the wedding was delectable. The culinary team at Lemon Tree prepared a wide array of dishes that catered to different palates, and every single bite was a burst of flavors. Our guests were highly impressed with the quality and variety of the meals provided, and the staff efficiently catered to special dietary requirements as well.

In addition to the fantastic accommodations and excellent food, the hotel offered a range of amenities that kept our guests entertained throughout their stay. The swimming pool and fitness center were all well-maintained and provided the perfect opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Overall, I cannot recommend Lemon Tree enough for hosting a wedding or any special event. The dedication, professionalism, and attentiveness displayed by the staff, especially Mr. Naushad, Mr. Jahar, and Mrs. Anjana, made the entire experience truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a venue that excels in hospitality, impeccable service, and attention to detail, look no further than Lemon Tree. Thank you once again for making our friend's wedding an incredible and memorable affair.

Good place for parties you may organise even meeting you can also book it for marriage ceremony you can take it for your rest here outdoor pool and gym is available here a restaurant is also available and cleanness is very good

U get a mall just inside the hotel itself.bit crowded locality but hotel wise it's a perfect place to stay

Nice Convention and Banquet Hotel.
Rooms are very good as well.
It is just the location that is a little congested.

Rooms are clean and very close to the main road, however food is not up to the mark. Worst part is parking charges, which need to be paid by cabs as well, in case of just drop also.

This place is quite sober. People who appreciate simplicity will definitely adore it, i liked it but when it comes to food, let me tell you that the food was not so good. They have to make it better and tastier.

Things I liked: Its a three star hotel with the service level, cleanliness and styling of a 4 star. The location is fantastic for Pratunum Fashion Mall and the night market. Breakfast was very good as well. Come to think of it, there was nothing I didn't like, such a gem find!

Pathetic food.and one dish (Aloochat) served as salad was of bad taste (rotten).
Veg noodles were not cooked properly.
Drinks and water wasn't even cold
Even deserts served (Rasmali) was also at room temperature.

Always ready to make us comfortable Stayed in a business rooms was quite spacious and had appropriate furniture. Washrooms are also very clean and well managed. The interiors are wonderfully decorated. It has central air conditioning. Suit rooms available. Swimming pool is available on the roof top. Ambience of citrus resturant was excellent. Food was delicious. Ample parking space available.

Very poor hospitality in banquet hall for workshop, air-conditioning almost not working, water served also not cool, irresponsible staff.not recommended

You'll get confused finding the way to the hotel, if you're in cab you'll be charged Rs. 50 just to get you in the EDM Mall. Its better to stop at the EDM front/back gate and ask the gaurd to guide you the way lol.

Excessive noises difficult sleeps not recommended for families or marriage parties or ceremonies. Staff services detrimental and extremely worse. No decency and obscene surroundings and interior rooms. Booked hotel room number 418 for 3 nights for 15 thousand rupees but due to these factors left the place for 6 or 7 hours only on 17th November 2018 only. Room service zero every wrong here female wings more.

A budget hotel with calm and pleasing environment.

There was event which I went to attend and the experience was average. Food was average. Service was not that great.

Dirty rooms. Good food. Ok for few nights stay exclusively for business. Not good to have family in this place as the place is not entertaining as well is not clean.

This hotel is situated in the East Delhi Mall near the Anand Vihar Bus station. It has good parking space yet in case of a large wedding etc, the space seems a bit cramped up. There is no one at the Entrance to greet you or check you. Adequate lifts carry you to your Banquet hall which is quite spacious and can provide comfortable seating for about 200-250 guests. The banquet food is average and the service ok.
