Pathetic hotel not maintained rooms, bathroom was leaking, after so many complaints they switched our rooms bathroom was not leaking but was in very bad condition.
Mosquitos in the room dirty bedding and most important guard was completely drunk.
So a big no.

My experience at this hotel was the worst I've ever had. I've stayed in many hotels before, but this one was absolutely awful.

It is super nice and very friendly, all the people in the hotel are very clean and welcoming, I recommend

AC was not working and at the end we had to move to the more then 3 rooms at the end we decided to sleep in the last room to take some rest

This property is to good staff is very aal tha service please meet the manager his name mr Sanjeev Rana this guy is very good person I love this property go for it.

Stayed for 2 days. Rooms is big, but no clean bed, bedsheets, towel.bathroom was pathetic.
No hot water coming in morning after 7AM.
Breakfast is complimentary and informed over phone by 9AM and not came untill 10.10AM.
Very worst service.and staff behaviour was very bad.
Strongly not to go for this hotel. Not worth for 2000 rupees per day.
Please dont go for this hotel.

The facilities this 3rd class hotel provides were so downgraded (was difficult to stay over there). No hot water, no towels, no handwash. (the whole washroom was empty like they gave a day off). Nd most important there was no water bottle in the room.totally disappointed.totally wastage of money nd time.we called them out nd there was no response at all (like they doesn't know how to pick that).

Whnevr u entered in a hotel.which gives u a suite in a pocket price.it was definitely great.can go with fmly, frnds, anyone with whom u want u can.service is gud.

So the staff was fraud and so rude and they threaten their customer. @Tannu staff girl member clearly denied for my booking that there is no booking for you then i told her to check it again she take my phone and changed the guest no 2 to 1 guest and said that it is single guest booking then i escalate to Oyo support they told me that your booking is modified by your mobile at the same time I handover my device to her. Then i asked to staff for solution they suggest me to pay extra money and reject my 2nd booking which I booked again for 2 guest and clearly denied the booking in actual booking amount.

I wish I could give the hotel 0 rating. First of all, it’s not a hotel, it’s OYO, they just have changed the name. Further, the staff is rude, feels like they never knew the hospitality feature of their job, even the manager was useless, I never got the room after paying triple the price of it’s worth nor did I get the money back. One should never book this stupid place. I would rather prefer to sleep in my car than this stupid place.

Worstest Staff Ever they're cheating guest's by charging more money compare to online booking price showed on website.

When i visit this property there is so many rush at reception although there is a warm welcome by staff at that rush hour & i know there is so many rush but after 10 min they greet me very well & alot a room which is very hygienic & in proper condition as provided in pictures.

Hotel roseman is the best hotel in uttarpradesh to the another hotel. Because he provide the good services and staff is very good. Hotel roseman provide the luxury feeling in the minimum range.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Their staff has no manners and their service is terrible. They say the check in time is 1: 00 pm however even at 3 p.m. They don't let you check in saying that the rooms are not available even if you have paid for the room in advance. They over book their hotel and take your money when you reach the hotel they say there are no rooms available and don't even refund your money. They also don't provide any drinking water in the rooms neither do they provide any towels in the washroom. Also they don't have any d2h service for their television. Don't stay at this fraudulent hotel.

If there were option of selecting zero rating i would rather go for it. This hotel & there service is so pathetic. Even after confirmation of booking they didn't pick any calls on there landline or mobile no.it seems like they just put landline phone on hold for whole night.as Like they are buzy with there personal work.please don't fall for this hotel deals. These are not worth your single panny.

Poor management and unacceptable behaviour by Gorelal (so called manager). This hotel should be blacklisted asap.

The reason why I’ve decided to give 1 star is that there is no option to give 0 star. Pathetic hotel and ugly management by Gorelal.

Very poor Don’t wast your money staff is very rude even there is no water in the room or no one picking up the call not in kitchen also reception staff.

Room is dirty floor is broken fan is very dirty even the main door lock is broken fan is not working worst food service not on time always late food is not good in taste also wall is with seapage tap is broken in washroom

We had the worst experience of our life booking rooms in this pathetic hotel. We had booked for the guest attending a reception in our family and we had made them very clear that the guest must be attended with respect. But unfortunately, a nightmare was waiting for us.

Our guest were provided rooms which were not even ready for check in. Used towel was lying on the bed, ladies sandal was lying on the floor. In another room, door knob was broken and if this was not enough, even the washroom was not clean.

When we reported this to my manager Mr Gorelal, he was extremely rude to us and was behaving as if it was our fault that the rooms weren’t ready. Seeing the condition of the room and unacceptable behaviour of Mr Gorelal, we had to book rooms in a Country Inn and Suites. We requested these morons to return our money back but it was of no use.

All in all, our experience here was an absolute nightmare.

Horrible experience. This hotel is named as ”Roseman” and located in residential society where people will give you awkward looks specially if you are a couple. They will first accept booking through app and when you visit them they deny booking and ask for extra money. Their reception is located in a pity location where you will not find any network so you are unable to contact customer care. Also i have heard rumors from some resident that this hotel is also accused of using “SPY CAMERAS”. And after searching on net i also found a user complaint regarding this. So better to visit a cheap guest house rather than this so mich hyped hotel with too many fake positive reviews.

The hotel is the perfect place to stay and spend a few nights, the staff is so helpful, cooperative and polite! Also the interior is really nice and modern. The room is very comfortable and the mattress and pillow quality is top notch! I would really recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a super comfortable experience! In the morning there is a complementary breakfast buffet which is very well prepared and filling.
At last, the rate is also very very reasonable and over-all the hotel is very pocket friendly.
