On 30th Nov we bought Sonet from our Executive Mr. Anand sir was very much supportive from the Booking to Delivery sir was very helpful and explained everything about the car, Staffs in the Show Room was very supportive.

Finally I got my Kia sonnet through our well experienced staff, especially our executive Mr Venkateswarlu who has guided very well about Kia features and more. I appreciated and enjoyed with our friendly staff.

Faced a breakdown of my seltos because of rat bites on wirings and service representative siva shankar has taken care of my car repairs and service. Issue was found and fixed as well as delivered the vehicle at the earliest. Thanks to siva and Hoshi kia for the support provided.

We bought kia Seltos from this showroom last week. Mr. Dhamodhar explained the features very well during the test drive and he has good knowledge about the car. Vehicle delivery was also on time. Mr. Dhamodhar and his team helped us make the whole process convenient.

Worst customer service.
Kia customer help service crew are not well versed with multiple features and variants that Kia offers in each segment.
Pretty disappointing and team is not enthusiastic and not ready to help customer to choose the car as per customer requirement.
Not much cars available for customer display.
They are just running show with one or two cars.

Please don't go with this showroom no time sense as I know coustamer is the God but showroom guy's don't know that.please learn how to revive the coustamer.

Worst dealer ever. No response to customer even after booking. I never recommend to book a car there

The executive talk only in prices of the car than briefing the features of the vehicle and relevant things.very reckless behaviour.today when I visited the showroom no one responded and quired of my visit. After 15 minutes I left the showroom.
