Don't trust lens-cart. Products are good but staff are worst.i have bad experience with staff they dont respond properly. Dnt trust.they dnt no how to solve happen prblm.

Very very bad, i orderd 2 glasses, frames are looks old one, scraches on frame, hinges are rusty, glasses not fitted pefectly, this is second time, frist time also same problem, this is not fair, i paid rs. 15500/-, so change frames and glasses, change with another frames, i did not taken delivery

Staff need to learn some manners and basics. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses to gift it to someone and one of the shades came with plastic wraps on the glasses (glass protector). I took the shades for some adjustment to this store and the staff women just removed the glass protectors and threw it on the floor while I asked her not to do it. There is absolutely no reason to pick them out. I asked her why she did it three times and she kept saying that's okay. WT'F is okay? I paid 4K+ for the pair of glasses and I want to gift it in a certain way. Who they hell are you to remove it and say it is okay? Atleast she never even have some curtesy to say sorry. Also they cut the tag as well while checking.

I'm wasting my time for this review. But, no problem. I'm a customer of lenskart from some years. I renewel my membership every year in bangalore where I work. Recently, I visited MG road, Vijayawada branch (near GRT) with my sister who resides in US. I recommended lenskart to her for spectacles. On 11th April at 7pm we visited the shop they told there was no staff for eye check-up. We returned and visited again same shop on 12th april at 12pm. They informed us there is no staff for eye check-up and may come in sometime. We thought that in meanwhile We can select the frames. One of the girl staff was busy with some other customer and one more girl staff is busy with CHATTING WITH SOMEONE IN HER MOBILE. We asked her there was no proper response and not even cares. I ashamed of why I recommended this shop and why I took membership like that. Felt very bad and returned back. THANKS LENSKART. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Worst experience. Useless store - Lens Kart Store - Bandar Road branch Vijayawada. While we are about to puchase the particular model, the same has been taken by another customer and the store boys for reference and finally they have said that it's not available, which is an insult.

Yesterday I visited vijayawada store. I don’t have much knowledge about Glasses. It’s been 10 days I had my eye surgery done. I asked for a uv protection glasses they made me buy two poloraized glasses saying they are included with UV protection. Staff with poor knowledge about glasses. They made me believe they are uv protected eventhough I told them I had my surgery done. Please educate them.

Service provided by lenskart Vijayawada has been really good. Kishore is patient enough to take us through wide variety of glasses and provided best support

Visited store for the first time and order the glass.the glass fitment was poor and on asking on the quality control.the staff behavior was arrongant.had to return the glass.had a bad experience with the staff particularly the tall guy in the store.

I mentioned that I need Premium glasses while placing an order but I received product with normal glasses. When I called, they informed that they can do nothing about it as the order is already shipped and delivered.

One of the staff members started literally shouting on me. I’m very upset with their behaviour. Only one guy looks after all the customers, rest everyone just sit in the room inside. No proper behaviour towards customers. Just train your staff on how to deal with customers.

Recently I have bought new frame in MG road chandramouli puram store. Really I like it. EVERYONE Very Friendly with Explain briefly. It was a great experience.

Recently my spects one of the leg got damaged and I approach MG road lenskart store and they verified it and immediately book for replacement. I have got replacement without any further payment with in 5days.

Worst service ever. The staff are not even bothering about the customers. They are responding only for certain customers. Ridiculous behaviour ever experienced.

I came in to fix my sunglasses. Vasu resolved my issue and fixed my glasses within minutes. Great service and very professional. Vasu was so kind. You can feel that he really cares about his customers. Highly recommended!

No service. No service. No service for complaints or no service for the repairs.
I bought a computer glasses from here. I recently faced a very minor issue with my glasses.
When went there for repair or servuce. The executive said that they don't provide any kind of service or receive complaints from the customers. Therefore the executive asked to throw away the one which I'm having now and asked me to buy new one worth of 3k.
But I got it repaired just for Rs. 130 from another shop.
Plz note n be careful. If u r fine to buy without any kind of service or support u can buy from here.

This store never attend the xall, don't know why. But this is very rude, crm is transferring the call but store people are not attending.

Due to corona i didnt want to take risk by trying frames in the store, so ordered the frame online and went to this store for eye test.i went just 10mins before their closing time, there is a Q already, so they told me its over for today as staff has to leave early because of lockdown restrictions and told me to comeback next day.but i requested them one more time and they said ok and spent 10 more mins for me.eye testing guy (sorry forgot to ask his name) is very patiently cleared my doubts. Thank you guys.

Overall LensKart is awesome but while talking about Vijayawada branch it was the one of the worst in that and it has low maintenance finally and the main thing is agent so trying to fool the customer's

Unprofessional employees and unethical behaviour at store. I think aren’t working at stores just came to chill-out. And very few models @ disappointed.

I had purchased two pairs from the store and the overall experience was satisfactory at the time. However, when I turned up for repair work, they didn't have the item in stock, also they couldn't tell me how long it would take to get a (paid) replacement. The guy at the counter advised me to get it done at any of the other local vendors. Poor after sales service.

i didnt feel the Entire celebration nd Happiness due to blurr. Because of dat my sister nd brother contacted nearest Lenskart team nd purchased suitable lens but i cant use dem due to pain while inserting in eyes.
Am Very Thankful for the Lenskart Team in Vijayawada with our humble request Mr. Raviteja Garu - Lenskart Vij Manager they visited my marriage with his team nd they helped a lot for inserting contact lens fr me n my Sister with lot of Patience. This place deserves negative stars! This is my second experience with lenskart and both the times I received defective frames (home delivery)! The store representative doesn't pick up calls at all! I paid a heavy amount and I am very dissapointed with the product received! I'm unable to visit the store in person due to personal reasons and the least these people could do is pick up phone calls! The paint is peeling off the frame. You guys just lost a valuable customer and I will never recommend you to anyone ever again! Seems like you earn profits by delivering cheap quality products for a high price!

I have ordered Bifocal lens along with frame two times from the stores but both times they sent with the wrong Measurements so please don’t go for lenskart, this people are not having properly trained technicians and opticians in their store they will just waste your time and money. And they use very low grade lenses.we will never get what we want. Please don’t step in to this lenskart store. They will play with eyes

Awesome people and store.first I would like to thank @fathima who is managing the store.thanks for her patience. I ordered the lens from Vijayawada store to pune address, as we changed our mind to chose the other frames she have given instructions how to return it back and people from pune didn’t respond properly so Fathima from Vijayawada took initiative and made it on priority with lot of patience. She attended lot many calls from me and also she called many times to different stores of pune and finally it was done.once again thanks Fathima.
