Not good choice, engineers are not good at all. Uneducated much better than these technicians, I proved it they are wrong fir my case.

Worst experience ever had in my life.

Without checking Engineers spoke false, Technician don't know what he says. He said Parts completely damaged.

I showed and proved it he is wrong in both cases.

They kept in waiting for 1+ hours after that I had this bad experience.

I went for a paid service and while I went to collect my car the driver door handle is broken and they say replacement Costs should be bared by me which is almost 1000 rupees.

Worst service, please do go to this service center, I had very bad experience with this service center

Not good not bad.
But Indian customer needs milage so.going only that show room. But not giving that much value to the customer.

Looks like big showroom but they don't have Swift dzire spare parts, they r saying wait for 15 -20 days

No option to test drive, do not reveal to them your interest to purchase immediately or they will start eating your head to take the booking, tell them we will think and let you know and then decide after leaving the place.

Sales wise very good but service wise Difficult to get spare part, irresponsible staff not at all interested to resolve customer problem, can't able to see senior managers on duty suggest to focus on car servicing area reception and collect customer feedback they will know the customer how bad there facing problems

SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Unprofessional work and do not stick to work commitment. Service engineers (the one I dealt with) was harsh and doesn't care about customer or quality of work done by their sub-ordinates. I gave my vehicle to vacuum clean broken window glass pieces in my car. Even after one day it was still pending. They started the work after I arrived to take delivery of vehicle next day. At the time of delivery, work was claimed to be done and charges collected after a wait of 1 hr but I was shocked to see that absolutely nothing was done and glass pieces were lying as is in the car. Post my protest, work was redone in just 5-10 mins. It amazing that for a 5-10 mins work a charge of Rs 450/- was collected. It was indeed a max 15 mins work if a vacuum cleaner was handy.

I was a hyundai loyalist before I moved to a Maruti car and I nearly regret considering this kind of service and customer handling experience at this service center. Hoping that this experience is limited to this centre.

Tr is not working from past 30 days and they also don't know when it will be up irresponsible owner

No proper executives and lack of knowledge, only two persons are excellent in this whole company

Don't recommend this place to any one, no proper service and all false commitments and ridiculous people are working here

Service at Bodyshop and sserice center is worst. Workers are very lazy and not helpful.only God knows when ur work will complete if you go there.

Visited this place for running repair. They tried to help but poor trained staff and bad coordination made it chaos.

Probably the best service and consultants in the field of automotive sector.we can expect car sales and automobile spare parts.service provider is good and on request we can expect quick earlier delivery.

I dont know bad word than WORST.please do not go with Maruthi, I will sell my both the cars when ever possible. Useless

This is only big car show room for Maruti cars in Nellore. But they donot give any discounts like other show rooms in Vijayawada and Hyderabad. No discounts on spares and services except once or twice in a year. We may not get same day delivery of water service many times. We have to wail till next day. If we need same day they may refuse to keep the vehicle for service. Services cost like enging oil change coolant change is very very high cost.

Really the worst experience whenever I visited this showroom. Better you can service your vehicle outside the showroom. The staff working here behave like unprofessional. The servicing is really worst. The car washing is not good at all. Earlier I have owned SWIFT VDI since then I have been observing this showroom. Recently I have bought new Brezza vehicle and I gave servicing in this showroom, they are not even washed my vehicle properly. Even there may be a chance to change the parts in the vehicle. So you have to be very cautious.
