The complaint i made were not addressed until I asked while taking delivery and post service i have a check anti polution system poped up. Now I should visit the service center again to get it fixed
It looks the service advisors at authorized service station are promoting customers for unnecessary expenditure in the name of conducting tests. I brought my car for AC functioning check since the cooling efficiency is observed to be low in recent days approximately over 2 weeks. In addition to collecting charges for ac refrigerant, they collected charges in the name of outside charges mentioning that they conducted fire test for 2hours for checking AC functioning but didn't provide me any report copy for the same. Contrary to charges collected by car AC service stations in the outside market at an average of 1200 to 1500 towards refrigerant cost, at our authorized service station they are charging 3000 plus towards refrigerant cost and 1100 plus towards outside job in the name of fire test. Altogether AC service amounting 4000 plus which is comparatively exuberant to open market prices. Please consider providing genuine advice and genuine service through levying reasonable charges.
The service is really bad and dropped our car for clutch plates repair and it took literally 15 days and postponed all our mandatory works and after long days they said come for pick up @ 10: 30 AM and then they started to delay the work when ever we entered the showroom and the car is not even waterwashed. I am very dissappointed to get service and saying lot of reasons saying the persons are not available. This is not the first time we faced the issue.the worst experience.
Received good and the way they receive customers is good. As a customer i asked wheel alignment to the people to the car, firstly they said okay we can do wheel alignment.after some time they came to me and said wheel alignment machine is not working, so we unable to fix the issue.after it all happens i go the reception table and ask in how many days the will get ready, they said you can do it out side.we cannot do wheel alignment.
My experience of latest visit to this place for periodic maintenance of my car is disgustting with poor service. The service technicians caused failure of my car's central locking system and turn indicators which were actually in good condition at the time of handing over the car for service. Ofcourse, they restored to working condition on my demand. Suggesting the technicians not to loose faith of your valued customers with faulty service.
Worst service center. Understaffed and it took 30 days for a part to arrive after placing order. You ask for any part and they say they have to order it. I tried to check with other Renault service center but I came to know that all service centers are owned by same person and with pathetic service. Don't know why Renault gave all service centers to one person. They should do something about this or else they will be next to leave India like Ford. Nice cars with worst service center. I will never go for Renault again.
Really I'm very happy because of Renault Guntur service is very good and reasonable price, very good response for all front office staff service advisors and service manager, young team with Young service manager in future for Renault, good communication skills have service manager nice attitude and responding customer, all the very best for all team may god bless you thank you so much.
Worst showroom. I hv never seen such a worst service, please don't prefer this showeoom for car service or any kind of technical issues.one funny thing is even they don't hv windshield washer fluid and suggest u to use water with clinic plus shampoo.
Honestly staff in down section staff above the ground level are all not nice Their services are not good waste at Guntur They have spoiled the Renault image Always even for service also v bad I bought my kwid here 3 year back still I am giving it some other show rooms for my service done or any other works V bad responses at Guntur not changed even today same behaviours
