Nice receiving. My tiber car met with an accident 6 months before with some huge damage of parts.i waited for 3 months for the parts. But after receving the parts they did good job.my car is repaired well and received in good position.thanks to the service people. I heard the service was not good before and they improved the service from recent months.

Good at customer service. Naveen kept me updated on the progress. He was available all time on phone. They even called me after few days to know how the vehicle is performing. Keep up the good work team!

Very bad service in the showroom, no trained technicians and no proper response. Best suggestion to not go to this showroom.

For a problem that I visited here, they need to change a component. As it is close by to Chennai I was expecting a 3-4 day waiting period at the max a week. But I was shocked to hear that they only place orders in bulk with a waiting period of 25 days due to the financial crunch. It is horrible for a customer who is passing by on a trip to rely on such a service.

Good experience with the staff of sevice centre, Tirupati. But Renault triber cover is not available. Hence, i request you, to give service in low cost and give offerce on car accessories.

I visit 3 times my new car gare problem he can’t resolve my car problem waste service center

They are not able to identify car starting problem, keep on changing parts, oil, software. But problem not yet identified. Keeps telling automatic Kwid cars are having starting issues. How can we go out by trusting this.
Problem happened almost 10 times.
Sometimes it will start after 5 minutes. Sometimes it took 2 days also to start.

I gave my car for servicing, without filling engine oil they given my car and charge the amount for engine oil. It create a big problem to my care. Worest service center, Please don't trust this service center

Fraudsters. Please don't leave ur car here for long while. Our car parts have been removed and replaced by old ones. Bad technicians they did'nt know to recognize the problem, made us wait for 5hrs and could not identify the problem. They could not solve anyone's problem as we saw 2more people went without resolving their problem. Worst place
