Although an authorised moto center they are not able to repair a charging issue for a phone. I had it fixed two times and having the same problem while they charge a hefty amount. Better not go their and waste your money.
Technicians don't know how to verify the phone before taking it, each technician will tell their own story stating this don't come under warranty some will knowingly take for services after they make one more dent on phone and comeback to us stating your phone not comes under warranty. Try to learn how to deal with device than start servicing
I got my Motorola G10 power phone's display changed (because the display screen was damaged). The receptionist was not at all good. The way she interacted with the user (me) was not at all customer centric, she didn't provide me the job order before taking my device to change the display. Finally after making me wait for 2 hours, she told me the amount to pay INR 5800. I was carrying my card also I was OK to pay via Google Pay or Phone Pay etc. But she said that they don't have a swiping machine to swipe the card and they don't accept online payments at all. They needed only cash. Becuause they didn't accept online payment, I had go to an ATM, withdraw cash, came to the service center again and I paid the INR5800 in cash and collected my phone. The receptionist could have told me that they need only cash, while I was waiting there for 2 hours. Very bad experienceexperience.
