Billing staff & manager work in Mandapet Reliance Trends Shop is not good at all. Very very lazy fellows. There is no real focus on work. Any business can move forward only because of the customers, if there is no proper responsibility towards them, no matter how big the shop will be closed down. If you go for dresse exchange, you will be told four times that it is not today but tomorrow, if you go again, the same dialogue.
Finally I gave that dress to them.
I will never go to this shop.
