They don't even care for the customers no sales persons no receptionist nothing I've asked for the details of the car but they just said they are busy it seems like a government office not a car showroom it's better to choose other dealers from diff town or city tirupathi tata showroom is not worth even a visit.

Horrible service experience, Careless handling of the vehicle and incapability of technician towards the problem. He disturbed total steering circuit, air bag open symbol showing on the screen, back gear wheel position not showing on the screen, some molten rubber splitting over the body, front driver door mirror cracked. I am suggesting don't give vehicle here for service.

Bought Safari here. Dealt with Jaswanth there and his service and response was very good. Every time we called he picked up our call and answered all our questions patiently. Overall great service.

My name is Suneel Kumar, I have purchased Tata Altroz on 6th August 2021. I had a very worst experience with Vijaya Bharathi Automobiles, Tirupati.
They have sold one used vehicle as a new vehicle for me which the vehicle driven 200-300 kms with scratches. They didn't even know how to receive a customer. They have provided very cheep quality accessories which are not genuine Tata accessories.
I had a worst experience with Dhakshayani (sales executive) who is having ridiculer behavior with the customer, Manasa (sales Executives), Krishna Mohan (Admin Manager) who didn't stand on his commitment and didn't even able to answer for customer queries, Vijay Kumar (Sales Manager) who indigitated me.

I choose Tata vehicle because I trust Tata Motars, I respect Tata Motars management and I am having a huge respect on Ratan Tata ji.

Because of this experience I lost some good impression on Tata Motars and I am wondering how come the Tata Motars which is having superior values is encouraging this kind of dealers.

I am strongly requesting Tata Motars management to do a survey and take serious actions on Vijaya Bharathi Automobiles, Tirupati.

I'm Siva from tirupati. Purchased Tata Tigor XZ+ on 27/08/2021. It's a wonderful experience with Tata and with the Vijayabharathi Autos Tirupati (only sales not in support). Good receiving by Nagaraj and well explained for my car delivery process. The only thing is service center guys are not responding properly when it is required and they are not responsible for their work.

Really felt good about the showroom, the way they accompanied to book my altroz is great

I got my car delivered my car within 12 days of booking.
And Mr Surya working as mechanic in the showroom explained very clearly about the car before delivery.

Manager Naresh is very helpful, vijay in body shop is very supportive, at one point called the MD sir, he was so helpful and arranged call back from staff within 5 minutes

We bought Tata tigor from this showroom. Thanks to Nagaraj, Uday and others who made sure we had a good experience everytime we visited the showroom. Car was delivered before the expected date and the process was smooth and hasslefree. Everything was explained in a detailed manner, and staff members are polite and empathetic towards customers. Not to mention specifically, Tigor is India’s safest sedan. Go for it if your first priority is safety and value.

Showroom atmosphere is good. But, people looks busy always. Sales manager receiving, explaining, booking, follow up and till delivery done a good job. But, there is a coordination problem with acciunts dept. In place of 3yr extended warranty, they have done for 1 yr, reason told no sufficient money paid. But they have not contacted me. Atleast they can do for 2yr with available amount. That too not done. After 3-4 weeks follow up contineusly, then only my account cleared and returned excess 11K+ to me. Coordination between the staff should be improved.

I have purchased Safari xz+ today staff was very helpful and mainly sales manager vijay and executive manasa was very helpful I am happy for their support

Only con is, They have very limited parking space for keeping the serviced vehicles, It'll be good if we collect the vehicle as soon as we get the call from service person.

Staff are good and they help you with all the queries. They have mostly all vehicles in the showroom for display. Vehicles are very clean and well maintained.

My car giving for servicing (general checkup & brakes issue) at service center. After halfnour one technician sent for trail and he said some problems but my brother said don't do any work for my car. My brother said to management I took my car no need to done any repair for my car. But management said once my technician go to trail you pay estimation charges musternshood if you not paid I will not give your vehicle.air not checked, power steering oil not checked, coolent not checked, wiper not checked, battery terminals not checked but estimation charges is charged. Very worst servicing center and management.

Hi, I have give Tata Tiago xz for 3rd service. The most worst ever service I have experienced here.starting from security staff to service consultant (. I have given 2 points to do. General services and AC working condition.and they comited to give vechicle delivery at 5pm. I came to service center @5 pm. Vechicle is not ready. I didn't get any call on this. I was standing till 6pm that time vechicle went for water service.totally upset with service. No recomandation at all.

I have an issue with the Ac vent Assembly Cable, I have given my Nexon Car Service, which is just 2nd months old and it is very complicated, they have put their efforts to the extent and fixed that problem. Even after their working hours till 10: 30pm in the night with out hesitating, Everyone showroom staff treated me very good manner,

I visited your showroom to have a look at Nexon & Tigor, but the ambience in the showroom was unpleasant, it was very hot, airconditioning was switched off even though it was peak summer, test drive cars were dusty & unclean. Hence the above rating.

I went to address my car's coolant spill issue but the service wasn't up to the mark.
They took 1: 30 hours with 1400/- still could not solve the issue.
