It was a wonderful visit… Sonia served us in a proper way, she has a good behaviour and the food was amazing as well…

Morning trecking and bird watching was awesome with Mr. Bubul Malakar. The Amchang Wild life sanctuary is full of different types of birds and animals.

Anamikas service was very hospitable. She suggested me about the sungat diya chicken which was not in the menu.and that's my all time fav. Very warmly feeling. Looking forward to visit again

No proper parking lot developed. Cars have to be kept on sloping roads. Further if you are visiting with aged person, it will be difficult to walk up the slope after parking your car down below. A proper flat parking plot needs to be developed near the common amenities.

Had a great time.it was a must required retreat to this beautiful resort in the midst of the nature. The rooms and the food was great.the staff was really friendly. Went on a trek to Amchang sanctuary with Bubul Malakar. He had a great personality and showed me around while explaining to me the whole trip! I hope to go there back again.it was really a great experience!

For service manpower must be increased since there are sitting arrangements in different locations its takes time to serve. Food quality is ok not so extraordinary. Rest for kids lots of attractions are there. SHOOTING, archery, rock climbing, boating etc are there. Over all during weekend it's over crowded. People must avoid during that time else it's a nice location.

This resort is exceptionally fun and amazing. The whole environment and aura of the place situation in a thoughtful place is great. The pictures and assumptions about this place was as expected, no catfishing or dull scenario in reality. There are way many fun activities at a cheap rate, time utilizing for children and family and pretty clarifying view for pictures.

The food is as expected, great and good, prices not too high.
Tridip Sharma, the owner and the manager Mr. Sumit Bhattacharya, along with all the staff were very welcoming and the hospitality warm-willed. Over all, the experience there was worth a while. Most recommended for a visit once at the least and thankful for the experience

Amazingly friendly and caring people at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort. The resort, though old, is very well kept and maintained. It was quite clean. The best was the people and service. The made sure that we were happy with our stay. The internet was bad and only working at the reception. That was rather unfortunate. I don't support the elephant rides they provide at the resort. Thanks for the great time.

Its overall preety good.as i came here for 1st time its good service overall and i am looking to come here in future.its been a great service from samar sarmah overall and we all loved his overall service throughout our stay.

Been there too many times and if you're a Nature lover you'll definitely find it beautiful. They are trying to keep things raw and natural as much as possible.
Coming to the food. I have always loved the food there specialy mutton disces. But in my recent visit the mutton we had ordered for lunch was kinda half cooked. It was hard and chewy and hard to deflesh the meat from the bone. Later at night we had pork curry with black sesame seed which was delicious.
The staffs are courteous and helpful.try to tend to your needs.
The rooms are spacious. But the curtains in bathroom need to be changed. Those are dirty.

Food preparation quality must be increase, serving times is bad, hand wash facility should be better.

Very beautiful atmosphere and cordial staff. We had a small family get together and Mr. Sameen sarma and Mr. Papu, their staff organised everything so perfectly on a short notice over call.
You are greeted with an elephant at the entrance which makes it so enthralling specially for the younger members of the family. Once you get it, you are seated around a big well maintained pond. The seating is nice and cosy with clean decor and traditional materials used. There is so much greenery around you feel amidst nature. There are trails to go even uphill with few more sitting areas. There are plenty of adventure sports options you can try as well. Nothing breathtaking, but it's there. Overall loved the place and specially the hospitality. Food was good. You can have a taste of local Assamese cuisines.

Note: there is a steep drive up to the parking lot, so make sure you are in 1st gear during the climb.

We had our wedding in Brahmaputra Jungle Resort and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The level of hospitality in this fine family oriented resort is second to none in this region as we have arranged another event in a property near to the city and I cannot even compare the two places.
The owner, Migom Sarma, Sunit and his energetic team members of BJR, had taken it upon themselves to leave no stones unturned in order to make our special day even more memorable. From the very beginning, we were made very comfortable and to be honest felt like we were at home as we could go to the management and the team with any requests which were met with the most professional and friendly manner.
My only complaint on this feedback would be that I'm disappointed to not have booked this place for all my wedding events and experience every offerings of the property. This place will remain very close to my heart and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Great environment and the service is amazing! I have never had such a good customer interaction in near time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just had some issues with room, it was bit older infra and geaser was not working, but thue were good enough to change the rooms for us. Great customer service!

Ambience is not so bad.food quality is good.but way rich.could be a little better.area of property is not so large.open restaurant and individual cottages available.price is okaish.staff behaviour good.service almost good.attenders call button missing in cottages.

Mr. Sharma was the perfect host from the time of booking to our stay and our outing till we reached back home. The resort is lovely with good staff. It has great surroundings. It is kid friendly with elephant rides, ducks, boating and other activities. They have a vehicle and booking from them is cost effective. All in all we had a good stay.

I have been to this place almost three or four times and enjoyed very hygienic and tasty food everytime. Response of the staffs are also good. One of their Service Staff Mr. Samar is very cooperative and helpful, He is like a tourist guide and showed me the scenic view of the Resort. Very Amazing Guy. A awesome place to visit.

Samar from brahmaputra jungle resort is a great guy for service. I recommend him to ask his service by saying his name at the receptionist counter n they will provide it. He will do everything as u demand. Period.

Its a great place if you are with family. Extremely busy during the weekends. But nevertheless the staff is extremely well mannered and works hard. They try their best to make you feel great. But if delayed have some patience. The elephant keep walking the entire day. And there is boating and many other attractions.

In top of a hill. Resort, resturant and bar. Food is good but not that. Good relaxing place out of a busy schedule. Connecting road to there is not good, Bricks laden climbing up road to resort is very slippery during rainy season.

Very good service, nice place to spend time peacefully. Very humble polite restaurant staff. Very helpful supervisor. However food serving time can be reduce.

It was a nice experience visiting there in jungle resort. All staff members were very nice and well behaved.staying at tree house was an awsm experience for me.because it is surrounded by nature. I liked the food also.thank you.

It is excellent because it has a very nice environment and it's a quiet silent place And all things are better at that.

The resort is great specially for its location apart from it the activities available and it's price affordability it also very appealing. The food and service provided is also very nice. Also to mention, Miss kiran is a fine lady she efficiently manage the problem we had with our order.

Good for day visit, do not stay there. The place is too small and gets filled up with local and day tourists. The cottages are good enough, but rooms are not good. The room service is pathetic as there staff will be busy serving the daily tourists. Ok for a day time visit, but not recommended for staying

We loved every bit of our stay in the Tree House of Brahmaputra Jungle Resort recently. The enthusiastic and courteous management and staff added to the amazing ambience. There is so much to explore around the Resort.the ziplining, the swimming pool, the air rifle etc. The food's great too. All at a reasonable price. Keep up the great work Team BJR

Great place to relax, Admist nature, you will love the serene environment around the place with many exciting activities on ground. Far away from the noises of the city one can relax, chill and enjoy their moments with their loved ones. A great place do visit once.
Staffs are also very polite and the service is also quite good.

Good place. Prices are reasonable. Food is good. But must give some flexibility for checkin and checkout time.

Food portion is very good but taste is not up to the mark. Fish served is not fresh. Time taken to deliver the order is too much. Waiter should be trained to serve the food.

Nice place except that the front reception office staff guys are illogical and Less of etiquettes with zero knowledge on customer facing skills. The attender girls were very well mannered and good in the way they speak.

Ambience is Amazing and Infrastructure is better than any of the resorts in Guwahati because it all feels Natural.

This is the third time I've been here in two years. It's a cozy place far away from the busy bustles of the city.

You can never imagine that you own a full hilltop for a day until you reach this place. Perched on a hilltop amidst a forest this is a very nice place to relax in the lap of nature

The view from the table is great, and the resort is pretty and big, good for family outings. Food isn't up to the mark.

Worst part- YOU'LL NEED TO PAY AT THE GATE (₹200/HEAD) AND IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN YOU WON'T GET REFUND.
Cons- urinal is terrible. Horrible dirty.
This resort has the worst maintanence among all. Not clean at all. The food service stars from nearly 1pm in the day and you'll get your food after having waited for hours.
Pros- The food comes at a cheaper and affordable price.
Has good playing areas for kids and immature adults as well.

Good place for hanging out. Sundays are a little crowded but weekdays are fine. Scenic view from the top, with ample parking space. Road conditions are not very good but travellable. Spending half a day to full day is recommnadle with good serving facilities. Serving takes a little time but is bearable.

Best place to visit along with family specially kids.
There are so many activities from trampoline to archery to Rock climbing where one could engage.
During season make sure to first occupy seat /cottage for food. Post that rem the food waiting time can be as much as 1hr as we faced due to rush.
For entry to the venue you have to pay 200/-Rs per head (abv 10yrs) which they would adjust in your food bill.or this is a unique business model which I saw.
For each ride you have to pay which is obvious.
Food quality i would rate as good but could have been better

40 km from main City. Secluded place. However food is good. Rooms have basic amenities. Poor room service. Not much to do other than spending a relaxing time away from noisy city life. Everyone including kids have something to enjoy.

One of the bigger resorts in Sonapur, near Guwahati.but hugely overpriced.the sporting activities are good for kids, but the food & it's quality & amount given were ridiculously OVERPRICED. But if you stay there, you have to take foods from them, no other option. At the best, you can book for just 1 night, but not worth the money spent.

Situated at outskirt of Guwahati city, it would take around 1.30 hours from Paltan Bazar and around 30 mints from Dispur. Since the city has Ola and Uber cabs so you can easily reach, but if you don't have your vehicle arranged return you would face too much difficulty.

Among the several recently grown resorts, this one is much better for good food. You have a good outing on weekends or on holidays enjoying nature and foods. If you are not staying at their hotels then avoid peak summer if you are coming for lunch or dinner. During summer at times it's too humid or raining

Good location, good place to enjoy. But only thing is the food quality. Very low in taste and quality.
