DS Guest house

The worse horrible experience ever in life.it's look like i spent my ngt in a haunted house.its very.unhygienic.never ever visit again in dis place.cockroach in bedside.n toilet door are broken cannot even close the door so horrible.whole ngt staff r making noise.

The staff are very irresponsible and they charge higher than but actually their rooms are not that worthy.there are lack of cleanliness and tidyness the TV doesn't Ons

Don't pay and book this hotel in advance. When you go and ask for room he will ask for triple the amount for ac room & will act as if he doesn't care you stay or not. So better stay away.

I booked a room here online. Check in was at 12: 00pm but they kept me waiting till 7: 00pm outside in a cold rainy day. At 7: 00 pm they gave me a room after a lot of arguments. They couldn't refund me and couldn't provide a room but kept me waiting. Finally the room they provided was a small, dirty room with no AC whereas I booked a room with an AC. The room had clothes and shoes of other people and later I found out that the workers of the guest house calls escort girls in that room. These room probably have hidden cameras. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. It is not at all safe

Very poor service. Rooms are also neither clean nor hygiene.there is no dustbin inside the room.even the rooms are very dirty.there is no room service.no telephone inside room for calling to reception. I will never prefer anyone to stay at DS Guest house.behaviour of the receptionist is very rude.totally disgusting.please don't choose this hotel for stay.a/c and tv both are not in working condition.they are just there for show off.

Worst hospitality ever seen. We booked 3 rooms via OYO hotels and once we reached there DS Guest House denied giving us the room saying it’s under construction. Then we asked OYO for refund and DS Guest House denied that we are the one who cancelled the booking.

It’s a shame that they people (DS Guest House and OYO Hotels) takes people for granted for only 1.5K rupees.

One of the worst place to stay in whole guwahti city. Such awkward and useless staffs.booked ac room through OYO app.after arriving there they told that no ac rooms are available all rooms are full. You have to stay in Nonac rooms, Whereas all the ac rooms were empty. Staffs are professional in saying Lie. After arguing with them for more than 4/5 hours. At last they shifted the room to AC room at about 5pm evening whereas the check in time is 12pm noon. Ac was not working at all.no recharge at tv. All I want to say is that I wasted my money here.manager was hell thought of slapping him right infront such a liar he is. Not a safe place to keep your vehicles in the area. No gate is available for your vehicles security, everything is open place. One bullet bike was stolen from there the day before I arrived that place. Don't ever book a room here surely you will regret after staying there. Mind my words don't ever book a stay here. I personally got lots of harrasment and such disgusting services. Oyo should remove this kind of third class service Guest houses. If you just want to spend your money without any services or ammenities then this is the place. Hell in the name of Guest house

Really Not recommended. We lost our Royal enfield classic 350 from there parking, and the cctv recording of night was missing, however they have recording of the earlier day and today. Don't visit them

Rooms are bigger in sizes, newly constructed, entire wall covered with graceful tiles, fully AC, TV facility, Sofa inside rooms. Overall very good oyo in price range wise. But, don't have elevators and rooms start on 2nd F. And the half building is still in construction process. 2 minutes away from main road but have road connectivity.

I highly not recommend you to visit this place. We lost our royal enfield classic 350 from their parking. The don't have any responsibility towards their customers. And we call up the owners of the lodge and he behave so aggressive towards us. When we went to complain the missing of our bike. Actually it is their responsibility to take care of the parking. The that tight cc TV footage was not available. That clearly shows they are involved in the incident happened there.
