Flagship The Dove Villa

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in Beltola, Guwahati. We've book 1 deluxe room & we've paid double the price compared to the OYO actual price on mobile app since the manager inform us to register in offline mode without knowing the OYO company in order to be free from the GST tax & the OYO company. So, we did it!

Firstly, we've experience a very bad services from the manager itself. We've requested for replacing the bedsheets with a new one but they insist & told us it's already changed recently instead which we later realised he just lied after we've experience the itching issues while sleeping the whole night.

Secondly, we can't even sleep the whole night as the freaking AC fan which was placed outside near our bedroom was making a very loud disturbing sound throughout the whole night. The hotel didn't even care to expense their maintenance for that too!

Thirdly, even though it looks good, clean, spacious, huge bedroom & big bathroom on the website images. But that's really not that clean as we've experience in reality & realised that the room might be dirty & they didn't maintain a daily cleanliness after all the experiences while staying on the hotel.

Fourthly, the manager/owner was very rude/mean, arrogant & not polite towards the customer. They think that without them we won't have a place to stay for the night but this type of behavior will really hamper their business.

As customers, that will be the first & last we'll be ever staying on that hotel again. They won't get any reference & no body will stay on this hotel after knowing all the facts. So, don't fall under this trap friends & I warn others too not to stay on this "OYO FLAGSHIP DOVE VILLA" hotel ever.

Place, room's are very nice but their service is I don't think it was good. Thank you.

I booked this after that oyo representative called the hotel and added 470 complimentary and then hotel agreed to give check in after that yesterday i again called them just to ensure i will get check in the oyo representative confirmed me that i dont have to pay any extra Amount the hotel has agreed to give check in after i reached hotel at 12 pm they told me that i have to pay 200 rs extra to get check in, i tried calling to OYO but I had only 1 bar network.it was very sunny day of 40°C, so waiting with my colleague was not a option for me.i checked out on 16 april at 8: 05 pm and i requested for Money receipt of 200, they said that if they give me bill oyo will deduct money from their amount so he refused to provide me bill, however i have the payment receipt of the app.

Not so good behavior of staff in welcoming the guests, they kind of treat rudely.it says breakfast is complimentary but they didn't provide us.until we went n said that breakfast was complimentary, after that the staff said we ll provide u with bread n butter only for breakfast, No soaps in bathroom, says tv is the biggest.its k but small tv.but it shld hv recharged, i went n said it doesn't hv recharge, but still they didn't do anything about it, They doesn't have kitchen for guests, they order from outside only that why it takes more than 1 hour to arrive for whatever you have ordered. The fee for rooms are more than the actual given on oyo website.room service is the worst.we can't ask them for any help, as they won't reply us in well behave manner.i dont know why the hell they need to b so rude to their own customer. I asked the other customers also.they said the same thing to me of what i have written above.thanks for your service you have provided us, and not to visit again is the best option.

One of the worst hotels available. Sala kukur hot. Beya kubam tohotok. They show a different price in Oyo app and then after booking and paying the amount they tell you that no rooms are available for that price and demand extra money. The staff members and owner are very cheap and scammers and are very rude. Boycott this place. I will also file a case against them someday.

Wish i could give them negative stars. They demanded extra 1100 rupees from me. So i cancelled the booking.

Customer service is so poor. They r really pathetic didn't even care about about the customer. They asked extra 1000 money after we reach there. They even came to repair the A. C when we were there. Will not recommend this hotel. It is just the worst I would say.

Worst place ever. It was unexpected. Staff behaviour was pathetic. Also I spoked to the owner, he was pathetic too. They were showing us profanity. When we reached there for check in, the were asking us for extra 550 rupees. When we refused to pay, they refused our check in and asked us to leave. We were 2 girls and the time was 10: 30 PM. They don't even care where we go for staying at night. Their customer service was worst in my experience. Don't even book this hotel. They are cheating with the customers. They didn't even refunded our money.

I was charged extra from hotel OYO flagship 79500 The Dove Villa, better find other option.

Worst hotel ever been, the property manager was like a local goon, no manner nothing at all, they charged me extra and when i asked for the recipient they denied and didn't pay any attention ahead, this hotel is a piece of ****

Worst service worst behaviour of staff dont ever try to book this hotel my personal experience the staff dont know how to talk to a customer behaviour very rude online payment not accepting because they wont get profit worst experience ever ill never recommend anyone i will give - (minus) star but its not available so have to give 1 star

Please don’t advertise yourself with false prices and cancel on the customer (already booked) at the last minute on checking in. This is just disrespectful. The way your manager talks to. It’s not the customers fault if the price that you decide to advertise is not enough. Great way to bait

Took more money than what shown on Oyo app. Location and food is good but cheap behaviour from the management. Only 1 soap offered in bathroom, only 2 plug points in room and its electricity gets cut off during load shading. Be aware of this and keep your electronic items charged. Food is good but takes 1 hour to receive.

Won't recommend.

Got a bigger room at an extra cash payment. Staffs are not good. We carry our luggages to 2nd floor with our own, No lift. Staffs did not help. For room service 3/4 times to be repeatadly requested. Good Hotel, Not Good Staff

The room was. Verry pathetic room no 101
Bathroom door also. Not working. The reception guy evn he don't know to serve to guest how to wlcm. Thay are not asking for "ID". Till. 7.40am. No buddy at the reception and main door also. Locked i am verry disappointed i never suggest for the hotel

Price is pretty affordable. Rooms n bathrooms were clean. Fresh bedsheets n pillow covers were provided. Housekeepers cleans the room everyday and the plus point is parking space. I'm giving one less star for the service as it gets late sometimes. Over all

It was good but the door of the bathroom was broken.
Stuff said it was done by the previous guest
and the telephone was not working also.
