I'm staying in 222 room number when I check in telephone was not working till check out I think they are not checking the room before guest check in and bathroom towel was stinking and wc was not clean properly and lobby washroom are very dirty like railway station public toilet I think they are not maintained proper Hygiene, & elevetar carpet was very dirty. I had never imagined like that kind of dirty in Taj brand.

A very good mid range/entry level hotel. It's located a bit off from the hustle and bustle of the city. What I really liked is the courteous hospitality and the food. The food has never been disappointing. Chef Nobul can understand your needs and make the things right for you. Kudos. Food & drinks: Food is the reason I take the pain to occupy this hotel away from the city Translate Respond.

Rooms are ok, not in great shape, but somehow managed to look decent. Locks are broken, replaced with bolt locks. Again, not a complain, but sharing the current situation. Stayed in room 310, service is good, clean rooms and decent place to live. Oh, 10: 30 is the last time to place order for dinner, but we decided to get from zomato/swiggy, tons of option available. Breakfast buffet is normal, fresh.

Rooms are ok but needs a lot of renovation.ample car parking and electric points for electric cars are available (payable), lawn is good too, They have a good breakfast spread. Overall the place needs renovation, location is good

All over a good stay, slightly outside of the city. So it is quite a place. The standard rooms are somewhat small. Don't know about the deluxe room. The food tasted good.

Ideal for corporate professionals, families or just anyone. They have an in-house restaurant with an exquisite menu. Service is quick and staff is cooperative. The rooms and service do justice to the price they charge.

Out of mid town area.cool outside, food is okay, very limited menu for ordering, staff is good.

Good experience. Food is very tasty, cleanliness is well maintained. Amenities needs a revamp. Ac and tv not working properly. Room service is good. Located at remote place far off city. Good for leisure time. No bar but may be allowed on management permission. Very spacious lawn n car parking facility. A good overall 3 star hotel. Not prescribed for business stay. A IHCL hotel good with customer service. Must try chicken kasa and dal khichddi.

It has always been the easy accessible, calm, budget hotel for a quick business trip.
However, wish the front desk executive been more accommodative & sincere! Rest, all is smooth as usual.

This place is just terrible and pathetic.please donot visit or else you will regret even after paying 4k.

Pros: Neat & clean room, good food, quick checkout, helpful staff, reasonable price, secured car park.

Cons: Room was not ready till 4pm, AC in room 206 needs maintenance, the toilet in the lobby/reception needs renovation/maintenance, no bar, location is a bit far from city centre.

The front desk staff and other staff are very cooperative and well mannered. But overall the quality of the hotel seems to be degrading. Management shoul look into improvement of the room interiors and furnitures. Also more varieties are required to be brought in the breakfast menu. Overall an average hotel.

Most horrible experience in this hotel. Very far from the city.it looks as if it has been founded to cater some local street guys.

Excellent experience, nice clean rooms, healthy breakfast, attentive room services and very affordable had a week long stay with no complaints at all. Keep up the good job team Ginger Guwahati.

Location wise, invorment wise, service wise, response wise, atmosphere wise best but food quality is not good. There is need to improve the quality of food.

Considering the price and the brand, the rooms are substandard at best. Like mentioned by others, the room and the bath feel quite cramped. Cleanliness is not up to the mark, the bedsheets and walls were stained. About the bathroom, you cannot operate the flush from the seat. You'll have to get up and press the knob with your full strength! Plus, there's no curtain to separate the bath and water is everywhere after a shower. The staff seem courteous and breakfast is decent. Otherwise, this isn't really much better than the roadside budget hotels.

Its located at an uncrowded place behind the Tennis Association campus. Although reaching that place should not be a headache. The reception is courteous and helpful. Not sure about the food as I didn't visit there restaurant. Rooms are ok and with all the facilities they have mentioned in their website and on other booking websites. Although I believe the sizes of the rooms could have been a bit bigger, for the prices they have quoted. There's plenty of space for parking both 4 & 2-wheelers. The rooms are airy once you open the windows cos as of now there are now high-rises built around the hotel premises.

Great. Value for money. Gave four star because of the location only. Apart from location can easily go for 5 star.

Clean decent rooms and friendly staff. They are placed outside city centre so gets quite in evening.

A no frills attached hotel. However, the check-in experience was smooth and quick. The staff arranged had arranged for certain OTC medicines when requested. However, I was disappointed to find out that most of the items from the in-room dining menu were not available for ordering.

Not recommended for hygiene lovers. Choose only if you run out of options.
No complaints regarding staff, they are very sweet and lovely people.
Also its location is after a small adventure ride, a broken road/bridge.
So choose your options well before booking.

You will really feel like visiting this place again.

For a comfortable stay and sound sleep during night. Good cosy rooms with ACs. As usual this is Tata Enterprise I suppose hence it is ought to be clean & staff courteous. In house restaurant has good quality food though little expensive than other local authentic restaurants and the choice is also limited.

In premises CCD makes day memorable with friends over kuppa of coffee!

Though none of their phones work. From my place just to confirm booking, i tried several times but all numbers are not in service and I had to use their central reservation number.

Rooms are not nice, ac was broken but still working, food is also not that good, this hotel requires some changes to get good reviews. Bed was okay

One of the worst Ginger you can find. The room rates are high. You can find lot of hotels in the city area cheaper than this

There are mosquitoes every where. Specially when you will go down to eat and their size is huge. I told people over there trice while I was eating to do something about mosquitoes but they did nothing but to give me a cold look. Food also is super bad. When I ordered food in the room was still edible. But when you order chicken please be careful because I got the taste of blood while eating chicken over here.

It’s a budget hotel so no high expectations but rooms are clean and maintained. Only thing it’s far away from the airport around 35km. People travelling at the night from the airport please don’t use postpaid service of OLA or UBER as it is most likely be rejected by the driver. Please keep cash handy, they will be happy to take you anywhere.

Too small rooms, pathetic breakfast menus (very few options), not even a moisturizer/body lotion given in toiletries leaving apart shaving kit or dental kit. Towles were dirty. Service level is also not like a star rated hotel. Don't know how they are claiming a 3 star rating.one of my worsted business stay till date.

Nice place for a stay of night or two. Rooms are small and location is almost at end of city. Food is good. Staff also helpful.
