Hotel Island Park

The worst hotel I stayed till date, the staff is so rude and uneducated. Rooms condition not been maintained, Never ever recommended. The prices are too as compared to quality.

Worst experience ever.on 6th October noon I called the hotel receptionist for booking purpose, he told me that many AC rooms were available so he did not book a room for me, the next day when we came the other receptionist told all rooms were allotted and gave us a non AC room, and also told that he was not responsible for this.so much disappointed with this behaviour as we were their regular customer and they alse knew us, today I have
my exam so I went to the bathroom to freshen up and when I flushed all the shitts and water came over the komod.so suck! Food quality is also degraded.never expected this from a hotel where we came about 4/5times. They don't know how to retain regular customers.

The staff is very gentle and the rooms are neat & clean. Food can be availed at rooms itself.

The rooms are simple Nd cozy!
And in breakfast, the roti Nd alu paratha is awesome
