Nice cosy room with a good layout. A tiny swimming pool to enjoy with family or friends. Nice spacious family rooms. A meeting hall for approx. 50 persons accommodation. Hair salon and spa for your grooming. Nice option to stay in Guwahati

Rooms are comfortable but need immediate repair and maintenance work. Hotel needs to add more varieties in the buffet menu

A very nice place to visit for an evening or a whole weekend stay. The room service here is good and hospitality is another plus point. Everything here feels royal because the furnitures & decor are all handmade with wood and are very well planned. Must say they had a brilliant interior decorator hired. The pool here is quiet good. They also have an underground parking with Vallet Parking facilities. It also has a departmental store, a unisex salon & a cafe within a 500m range from the hotel. Food is of a great quality and taste. The chef here is well experienced. It has a nice bar too.

The staff is really cordial and helpful. The food is absolutely great. Overall I really had a good time working as a decorator for a small event. There was no disturbance from the staff and they quite understand well, how to deal with clients and vendors too. Good place to hold an event.

One of the upscale luxury hotels of Guwahati. Room tarrifs and food item are quite expensive as it offers good quality and focuses on pleasent experience. It's sutuated near the regional passport office.

A really luxurious place where one can throw a big party, even marriage hall is also there. Hotel rooms are really good. Fooding is also fantastic.

A moderate hotel but rooms are good and cleanliness is better. Ambience is good and reception is always felt good. A must for restaurant visit and couple stay is best.

Went there to attend a function.though on the road, I found it to be a congested property. Food was ok.rooms are quite spacious. All in all it is doable if you are Guwahati for not long stay.

Visited Royal De Casa in the month of February. It was purely a business trip, the hotel was in the heart of GWahati, the rooms were quite descent with great interiors for a small place. One side of the hotel has a view - I was given the other side unfortunately. The sleep quality was average as the AC was either very cold or not working at all. The hotel has a big restaurant on the 1st floor, food quality was good, the service could improve. For a workshop organized, at the hotel organized a buffet for the participants, and offered water in PLASTIC DISPOSABLE cups. I think they have the heart in place.

No locking system inside the room, it is only card system to open the door. But as we know the duplicate card system can be made at reception, no safety for guest. Even the 5star hotels which have card system tobopen the door have locks inside.
Utilities like dental kit, slippers, shower cap are not in room, available on request.

It's a nice hotel with a pleasant ambience for a family dinner. Food quality is average. Great place for Social gathering. Well trained staff will never let you down of your expectations.

It is located just 500m away from the capital and has great connectivity.the rooms are really clean and big and the price is much more reasonable compared to some other leading hotels of the city.service at the restaurant was really good and the food might not be stunning but it's very very good.you'll be satisfied after your meal.

I went there to attend a wedding reception. The halls were well decorated and nicely kept. The food there was exceptionally good. The only drawback are the stairs, which are too narrow specially as the hotel only has one lift

The hotel staff are pretty helpful and professional. The rooms are decorated and cleaner compared to other hotels in the city. The area around the hotel varies depends on the time of day. Sometimes there's a full chicken butchery on the sidewalks nearby or a fish market. Opposite to the hotel is a dumpster diving bonanza but you can't smell it unless you walk on that side of the road.

ACCORDING TOO ME. THIS HOTEL IS GOOD. BECAUSE LAST WEEK I HAD ATTEND A MARRIAGE PARTY WHERE I FOUND IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT. BT, ALL THOSE FUNITURE N THOSE ROOM WHICH WERE TOO EXPENSIVE.

I have attended a mariage party here, interior and food is good, poolside view is awesome, only concern is space, it cannot handle more than 500 invitee

A very comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. The restaurant service is excellent with very good room service as well. The only thing I would say that is the earlier I got up, the more reliable the hot water is - a couple of days I slept in a little and my water was on the lukewarm side, but if I got up early it was reliably hot.
