Very nice Hotel for stay, friendly staff, homely food with best test, Never forget the stays,

Overall, the place is good for someone who's looking for budget friendly hotels. Rooms are decently good and is located at a good location.

Best accommodation here & also the person Sahid Alam & Maina Hoque good behaviour with everyone, top services from them.

Property is good. But the staff especially the Manager and the assistant are very rude. Food service is horrible. The cook/chef arrives at 9: 30 am. So u can expect Brunch and forget breakfast. Wouldn’t serve breakfast even if you opt out of the complimentary. U get what the cook wants to cook, u can’t order. Wouldn’t suggest this to anyone. Bed one staff, Ankur was very helpful.

Great place. Within the city you can get a peaceful ambience in affordable price. Stayed there two times and its all worth. Small party or gathering place at rooftop.

I recently 6th days stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.and appreciate to all the urban cottage staff Sahid (Manager) moina, Ankur, Sujit, Izazul, Akshoy. Overall service is good but the wifi speed is absurdingly slow. Kindly increase the bandwith and speed of the wifi!

Beautiful experience of staying at urban cottage. Well maintained and awesome food is provided by them. Love the cottages on the ground floor.

We had a comfortable stay at Urban cottage. Rooms are spacious and come with all required amenities. The best thing about this hotel is its staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Maina for the excellent service

Extremely disappointing experience. The staffs are unprofessional and violent local guys. They will not give any kind of bill and accept cash only. Not a place for pleasant experience.

The property is fairly decent with comfortable beds and high quality bathroom fittings.
You may not expect a great customer experience. The staff is friendly but the hotel management in terms of customer service is very disappointing. They would need to give it a professional touch by hiring a good Manager.

The penthouse was lovely and in a nice private location. The rooms were large, very neat bathrooms and the beds were also very comfortable. The staff who greeted us were very helpful and well aware that they were there to help us in any way.
