Very poor response from the reception area.so much attitude as if they are IAS officers sitting on a throne.and if one calls them from morning to evening nobody answers

Didn't pickup phone. Management is poor. Didn't keep soap in toilet. In toilet no light. Toilet is derty. Asked staffs for soap in toilet. But not kept. Waiting room is not hygienic.

Worst management.

I had a bad experience about Impulse Diagnostic, I don't recommend anyone to go for any test in that lab.

Many times I visited Impulse Diagnostics Centre and I liked the behaviour of all the
staff members and I also liked the good testing procedure of this centre.

Very good as it's not about the infrastructure but the hospitality with what they treat thier patients. Time consuming no doubt but accuracy is 100 percent and that what matters.

Need to assigned experience ladies. What staffs available they don't know, what is the test written by doctor. Please improve.

Only doctors are ok other than its a worst place ever i visited. Reception male staffs r ok, female staff in reception r so rude, suggestion to owner competition is tough so many diagnostic r there, please look into the matter.

Need to work on their service little more. No wheelchair road or lift for the patients to go on the first floor.

Unprofessional staff, Situation is worst, Management is pathetic.

Even I don't want to give a single star.
I had visited 3-4 times in last 2 months.

CT scan, sonography, MRI, they even don't provide tokens for that and calling names by their own.

Big name zero facilities.

Total wasteage of money. Try some other diagnostic centre. Very very khobis staff.tarar muker language ta sunle tumi r jaaitay na ekan o.

The staff behavior specially the reception lady is very rude.she really needs train.
She has no manners how to speak with the patient as well as the attender.
Request to management to follow the cc camara the way she talk with the people.unlikely I'll suggest to visit this place to any one.really pathetic.

Staff behaviour needs improvement. I remeber the lady at USG didn't even know hindi or english and talking very rudely when asked something. Othervise the facility is ok.

There's no systematic calling out of the patients. No token provided either. Calls out those patients who came later than those came earlier who have to wait unnecessarily empty stomach from morning. Very unprofessional and no systematic way in doing their duties. Very unhygienic environment too.

IMPULSE DIAGNOSTIC is alive, only because of Dr Avishak Das sir (No 1 Radiologist in our barak Vly) & receptionist staff r thre vry rude girls

Pathetic service in the name of diagnosis, they don't agree any radiological service (ct /mri) without contrast,
even receptionist don't know the tariff of all services.

Good Machine with Batter service, the report they provide is accepted by Superspecialty Hospital even Out of Northeast also

Very Good behaviour of the staff with us, Report is very good, Every Doctor tell me that Impulse Report is very good.

Very unprofessional staff, they don't know how to communicate or behave with people. Because of good marketing now doctors have started recommending Impulse and accepting their reports. I have visited multiple times and the condition is same.
Now a day's situation is worst, there is no proper covid protocol they are following. The place is overcrowded and most of the patients are without a mask.

"In the land of the blinds the one eyed is the king". Although many rare tests are available here but infrastructure is very poor. It is quite surprising to find that there is no lifts/ramps available for ailing and aged patients to reach the pathology. The front desk operators are mostly confused and call their superiors discussing what when and how to perform the tests and make entry/appointment. Refinement and upgradation is essential for Impulse Diagnostics.

Worst services People should asked Dr. For not recommending this place, the experience was horrible after paying a good fee amount.

Very bad hospitality. The workers in the diagnostic centre literally have no moral behaviour of communicating with patients. They keep you waiting unnecesarily and at the end talk to you like illiterate.

Very bad diagnostic centre not at all systematic need vry much improvment in every thing. Staff are not good and not well mannered do not follow time
My suggestion please dont visit this diagnostic centre
