Customer care is very poor. All of them lack of professor level. None of them can't communicate with English. After sometime they forget that they had costumer. They'll busy to other client. And when I came there to get my product it took around 1 hour just to recieve my product.
I regret that I better go to hospital n checkup thoroughly and make lenses according to my wish.

I went twice to the lenskart store in tezpur regarding the problems in my recently bought spectacles initially they told me that the eyewear couldn't be exchanged as the salesperson herself didn't know what were the problems faced by the buyer against which exchange warranty can be raised.
Also they asked me to repair it in an optical store.
I am truly disappointed at the service of lenskart.

I would like to share my review and feedback with Lenskart, and I must say I have got connected with the best salesperson in town- Mr. Shayan Saha. I have never came across such a humble, helpful, hospitable, polite, kind salesperson ever in my life. He has helped me in most of my orders and I must say everyone is not the same. I wish people like him are more and he achieves the highest of achievements in his future. Keep up the good work and your kind nature. People like you are rare. Thank you Shayan Saha.

Worst staff ever. Did not expect such service from lenskart… we had been waiting for one hour for them to check the availability of specs… we had to keep on asking them…. Would not like to visit there ever again…

Worst experience till date. I have been regular lenskart customer but never got such response from this store. All staffs are useless, have no knowledge of offers moreover they are interested in gossiping rather than helping me with my queries. Plus they tried to charge extra money for lenses which was free of cost for gold members. I did not purchase there only coz of staff behaviour.

It's a awesome experience. The stores all staffs are very honest specially thanks to Vishal. One of the best store in Guwahati.

We came at the store today to purchase a frame to be fitted in my daughter's glass lens which we purchased from CMC 3 months back as the frame got loose.
Mr. Trinayan not only guided us but also fixed the frame as the size of frame was not available.
We were amazed to see his service and I thank him from the bottom of my heart from his prompt service and helpful nature.

I am a regular customer of lenskart bought a lot of specs from this store, The staffs are good and helpful. But one facf bothering me, the store feels so much suffocating. Asked the members why its too hot inside, they said AC is not working it is the same answer I recieved everytime. I mean a brand like lenskart giving excuse on AC. The outer area of the mall is cooler than this store.

I enjoyed visiting and the staff was very helpful and did everything right. Kudos to the team at City Center. My problem is I order two pairs of glasses and only one was delivered. I'm all the way in Tezpur so you see I can't swing by and ask what's the issue. I gave it a few extra days to be delivered and nothing yet. So 5 star for in-store service but delivery experience takes you down to 3.

Update it's weeks after and Lenskart is emailing me instead of sending my missing frame. It's been weeks of back and forth promised calls that literally never come through and still no frame or even talks of sending my frame which I paid for. Frustration cannot sum up my emotions right now. You're down to one star. And trust me I'm telling all my fellow foreign students of this experience. You have cameras in store apparently for show because if after providing all the possible details they needed and still they can't solve my issue they should have turned to the cameras at the store to see the transaction. Clearly they would see that I paid for two frames and both were set aside together and if your employee made errors in billing qty 1 then that's on you not me the paying customer. I need solutions stop emailing me with nothing but frivolous cover statements.

Lenskart city centre staff I found them polite. The boy who checked my eyes was too polite.
But I am really shocked the way delivery is asked by them and is made. I would request every one that you should better go to local optician for your lenses rather than coming to lenskart. POOR SERVICES. They were to deliver my lenses on 16th June 2022 but till 19th June 2022 I have not received it. However, customer care lenskart when contacted asked me whether I want to buy lenses or cancel the order. What a mockery. Mr Bansal lenskart better you pack up soon lenskart may vanish if services are provided by this.

Hats off to this man. The way he Handel my glass frame requirements is beyond words. For a single screw he went on searching in whole of Guwahati and gave my glasses as it was.

Useless staff dose not have any communications skills when I visit the store they were only interested in female customers when i asked for the product there ans was that I should find the sunglasses by myself even when I given them the product I'd the staff left me

The staff behaver does not deserve even a single star
