I got much way better quality Chinese products at one third price with free shipping from Alibaba. You guys are just benefitted from Alibaba banned in India and selling cheap Chinese products at 10x rates.

Mumuso is a South Korean brand. I visited their outlet at Roodraksh mall two days back and was amazed to see their collection - they have a lot of cute little accessories at reasonable prices. Above all, service is great. I purchased a travel pillow for my partner and he absolutely adores it! Their packaging is also environmental friendly and easy to use as gift. Store is spacious. Salesmen were active and most importantly, service was quick. Overall, enjoyed the experience.

They call themselves korean store but their products are really pathetic for the price we paid.
The neck pillows I bought last year looked firm and nice and with just one use in one short trip, it became loose and uncomfortable. The dustbin plastic body cracked itself too! And the cute precision tool set I bought had one screwdriver broken when I used it to tighten a pan's screw.
Complete waste of money! Their products may look cute but they are not long lasting and value for money.

I bought a two pair set offof hand cream, it said it had rose essence but, it had nothing. Also, the cream was so light that it didn't even kept my hand mosturized for like half an hour.

Very bad experience. We were not allowed to take pictures inside the shop saying the owner told them not to allow anyone to take any pictyres inside. Who does that? I have been to many other mumuso stores of diff states but this gave us the worst experience. Zero stars.

Located at one of the best mall in Guwahati. Mumuso has opened up their first outlet on the ground floor of Roodraksh Mall and this marks their entry to North East India. Like the way the ambiance is maintained and appreciate the floor staffs for their assistance. Price is quite ok looking at the quality of the product. Wishing them a good business ahead

With the advent of the korean and japanese manufacturers in india. This shop is the first flagship store of mumuso in north east. As is common with other shops of the same business strategy like super 99 and miniso, they sell small items of day to day use. Prices are ok for a few products vut you will definitely get ripped off compared to amazon or other ecommerce sites. However the shop is well maintained. Staff is well aware of all the things in there. Checkout line can get a little crowded on holidays and weekends. Overall good place to get those cute trinkets and things you dont need.
