Ganesh and khelashree from housekeeping is very cordial, well behaved and always available when required.his service behaviour is per excellence.i am very happy and he is potentially verry talented and hard working.rooms also neat and clean everyday before when I come to room.

The rooms were wonderful, the housekeeping staff Barsha and Shahbaz did a wonderful job, very professional and heartwarming staff.keep it up.

View was excellent room is very nicely cleaning Mr Vivek and Suresh are very helpful from housekeeping

I only prefer Novotel Guwahati stay is good love service from housekeeping Vivek and Suresh

The food was awesome. From Dining table zone Deepika Saswati Bansu and chayanika all of them served us so well. I love the gesture and the cake from them. Thank you.
From front desk reception i want to thank you Hillius for his wonderful service and prompt action. From room service Indranil and another person i forgot his name who serves at 6th floor were awesome.

Great hotel. Kind and polite staff. Just 1 call and they come immediately.
Food is good. The morning buffet is just great. Great variety of food. The room service is very efficient.
The pool is closed due to the pandemic so people can't swim. But overall experience is Good.

Specially the services of MR. ASISH SARMA AND MISS BIPARNA of Housekeeping at 6th. Floor.

It's Good. I haven't said WOW, it's OK. Good for business travelers but again to far from PAN and Paltan Bazar. But still much better than Radisson/Ginger location wise.
Service is good. Great in terms of Premium Budget hotels for which Novotel brand stands. Ideally room per night should be within 5K but again in Guwahati/NE quality service is lot expensive than rest of India.

This place is really convenient due to its location. The staff here are polite and helpful which helps make it a comfortable stay. It is a place where one can repeatedly stay. I would also like to mention Mr Debojit Das who is a security, has been helpful and professional.

Extremely disaapointed with the food here. We ordered the mozerella stuffed kababs and they were cold. Never going therr again. A sham in the name of hospitality.
The only positive is the spa which I dont think the hotel manages.

This is an excellent place to stay. The room is well kept and the service provided is also at par. A special thanks to Karendra from Housekeeping who made our stay really comfortable. I must also mention that Mr Debojit Das who is a security guard here has really helped made it an excellent experience.

Stayed there for first time, house keeping staff (Ashish sharma) nice guy, polite and hard working. Overall a great experience. All hotel staff is very friendly and polite, rooms are clean and food taste is good.

Novotel Guwahati, is a nice place to stay with a very warm and welcome staff. In the restaurant Ms Mawii is excellent in her interaction and makes the guest feel at home, definitely when I come next this would be a preferred place to stay

Karendra is polite and prompt - he took care of my colleague by letting him know the room will be done soon while he was waiting outside to get in. The quality of room cleaning, specially the washroom was very good. Karendra also brought me extra towels.

After staying at Novotel, Iam am not looking further for any other places.it's the best in guwahati
. All staff especially Deepti has been extremely cordial and with good etiquette.

I stayed for 2nights and it was really a comfortable and wonderful stay.i had buffet dinner and the breakfast which have lot of options whch mesmerized me, specially the girl Trishna who smiles and so kind to me with her service and gesture.overall i like the stay and food quality, will visit again

A truly Five star not only the property but their staff too. Very neat, clean well built and well maintained hotel.
All rooms are well furnished, Bed quality, room service, food quality is good,
Kitchen is common for halal and non halal food.
Staff here is well trained, well behaved and very helpful.
Overall it is very good experience to stay at this property.

If you have visited the Novotels outside Ghy, then you may feel that the area is a bit smaller but it is quite ambient, and the view is quite nice. So you wouldn't regret staying here
