I took delivery of my Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 Celestial Blue on 06-04-2023.

First of all, the location of the dealer is away from city traffic and noise and efficiently accessible from Tinsukia Bypass. It has ample space for parking. It also provides the basic amenities to the customers. Above mentioned viewpoints are very much positive in my opinion.

Secondly, the staff is very much helpful and courteous. I was out of station when the bike arrived, but still they waited till I arrive at the station and took good care of my bike. They also took care of the all the documentation and made my delivery of the bike a memorable event. Although not able to remember all the names, but still hats off to Mr. Sanju and Mr. Gaurab. Sorry that not able to recollect the names of others.

Last but not the least, my first service is yet to be done. Will update the service experience also.
