They dnt even hve room key. No privacy at all if u go with family
Hope u will improve so next time other family they will not hve problem like us

Worst hospitality i had ever seen. Not even one star I'll rate it. The price that they had show online was not the same and also the staff behaviour was very rude and un- discipline. This is the worst experience for me. I would never ever recommend any of my friends or family

Worst hotel i have booked rooms through online but when we reach the hotel they have charged extra even the stuffs behaviour was rude room was unclean worst experience to stay in that hotel i am not gonna recommend to any one

Do go there Very Disappointing rooms are not clean having issue with water supply asking extra charges or they dont provide us room if you booked AC room they gave you Non AC room some hotels under oyo they are playing some scam while asking Guest for extra cash Dont go there

Worst hotel.seriously.never think to stay at this bakwas hotel.room is too small and unhigenic.no power backup no AC no tv.food quality also cheap and behaviour of some staff was not good.please don't visit this hotel if you don't want to off your mood.

Bohot hi ghatia service he.yaha to guest se bat karne ka v tamij nehi he.they are not following any kind of THSC guidelines as per my conversation.i was booked through the OYO app but after reaching the Hotel they denied saying that they can't provide any room at the price of booking.what is the actual reason they can't explain.i suggest not to stay there.you can stay near Garhchouk there is many hotels available.thank you

Service that provides by the staff is very good and cool. But rooms are not 100% neat and clean.

The best part is THE VIEW, you can get awosome view of hills from here, a Bhimeswar Jyotirlinga Temple's distance is just a miniute walk, Room Tariff is 1000/per night (On OYO, u get some discount), outside food is not allowed inside, rooms are preety good, but linens need to be washed more frequently, food is very costly as per my view, Check-In time is 12: 00 & Check-Out time is 11: 00.

Very dirty. I have booked this hotel on a discount. But they had provided me a 10*5 sqft room, the room was very dirty, the blanket was scattered, the pillow cover was very dirty, ashes of cigarettes & gutka packets are on the edge of the window. This hotel don't even deserve one star. Mood & money spoiler. Don't go there

I was looking for a budget hotel with basic facilities. I choose this hotel after going through their photos which looks very good. However, things were quite different.
1) The sheets over the blankets were very dirty after prolonged use.
2) There was no ventilation and if we open the windows for air, there were too many mosquitoes. They don't even have a proper mosquito nets on their windows.
4) If you try to switch on the fan to escape from the mosquitoes (even though it is winter), it gets very very cold and you can't even adjust the fan speed because the fan didn't have even a regulator.
5) Bathroom, toilets and buckets were dirty. The stains due to spitting of pan are not cleaned.
6) Plus, Geyser was not working in my bathroom.

Pros: - Food was good (although slightly expensive) and staffs are helpful. One guy brought hot water from next room once I informed that the geyser wasn't working.

I will not recommend this to anyone unless all they want is a cheap place to have food and sleep overnight without any need for hygeine and cleanliness.

I booked the room that oyo showed me. It was cheap. Since it was Oyo I thought it was at discount, I booked it. Before I reached the hotel, I called the owner who said the only room they had was very small and that was the only room available. I thought it might be okayishhh, I went there and it blew my mind. The room was the size of a matchbox. It wasn't cleaned, no windows, not even place to stand. I immediately cancelled the booking and that night I had to look for other places to stay. What a horrible experience.

If you are looking for horribly dirty rooms and a lobby full of shady old couples waiting in line to get into these rooms then this is your place.

I have visited here for business purpose and stayed almost two week
And I found it affordable clean
Budget friendly hotel and staff behaviour was nice
Recommended to stay all traveller They could not take the early check in price also

My experience is worse.  They don't have a proper entrance.  We have heavy pieces of luggage and we need to carry it to the top.  Rooms are small,  dirty and stinks.  They provide us dirty bedsheet and pillow cover,  saying it's cleaned.  Also, there are so many spit marks,  crack in the wall.  And adding that we found 11+ cockroaches in our room.  And told them to clean the room properly and spray hit.  After 2 hour they respond and give us another room where the fan and bathroom flush is not properly working. You will not find any ATM, shop near to it. Also the Staff is not helpful. Peace out. ️

I went last week for my education purpose n i stayed their in hill view i must say their hospitality, fooding, staff behavior r jst A+ they provided me early checking without n e extra charge. I will visit this guest house next time again for sure.

The worst oyo i have ever visited.no proper electricity facility.the room was dirty even the bedsheet and the worst condition is the bathroom

Rooms are very small and dirty, bathroom and the pillows were also very dirty. And there is no TV, AC, wardrobe in the room. The food was fine. But the behavior of the staff there was not good. And in the morning there was no water in a single tap in the bathroom.
I think at this price (1000rs) you will get much better hotels or guest house in Guwahati.

The room are to small and their is lack of ventilation to pass air. It feel like suffocate while you are on the room

Ok-ok. There is fan in the room. But no speed regulator.
So, whole night the fan was like fou fou fou fou fou.

It's a spot on obviously.so no complaints. It was a good stay
